We were having a problem with our garage door opening on its own repeatedly.I called your office and Rob came a few hours later.After testing everything he resolved our problem,reset everything and changed our codes which solved the problem. Rob was our initial tech installer and was familiar with our system.As always he was polite,cheerful and explained every step needed to fix the issue.

One of our springs broke and the Precision tech, George did a great job explaining our options and the best approach for a long term solution. We ended up replacing both springs, all rollers and basically replacing all parts which over 12 years had worn away. Very professional in all aspects. Explained everything very well and answered all questions thoroughly. My service consisted of new motors, and a replacement of cables and pulleys. The doors work very well and are very much quieter. I feel that Gaetano went out of his way to make sure that I was pleased with the service. I've now used Precision Door 3 times and am very pleased with the quality of the work and the technicians.
