Our garage door opener had not been operating properly for several days. It would open but we could not get it to close. Sometimes it would operate properly for a day or two and then not close at all after opening on another day. We made an appointment with the Precision office and they came as soon as possible on a Sunday afternoon. We had the pleasure of having Michael Dillion a the service techincian who came to our home today, ontime as scheduled. He was able to quickly ascertain the reason for the malfunction of our garage door opener. He was very knowledgeable and courteous in explaining what was happening with our opener. He discussed the solution to our problem and suggested that because of its age, it was byond its life expectancy. He recommened a new unit and had it installed in an hour or less. It is a great unit, and comes with a lifetime guarantee! We had Micheal replace another of our openers just over a year ago and were delighted that he was the tech who did our work again today. We highly recommend Precision and Michael Dillion for his exellent work. Should we have any problems in the future, and we hope we don't, we would want to have Michael Dillon again.

We called on Saturday, Ethan Tsirulik arrived Sunday morning. He took the time to explain what went wrong with the garage door and what needed to be done to get us back to normal. He gave us options for repairs and did not pressure us. Very friendly, efficient and competent. Definitely recommend their services.

When I called the person was very pleasant and helpful. they were able to schedule an appointment for the next day which fit my schedule. There were many status messages before the visit so I could plan and make sure I was ready. The technician called ahead was very pleasant. Called on a Monday for a garage door running rough. Was able to have service call early Tuesday morning. Great status communication from company and service technician letting me know when he would be arriving. Great service and door running much better now after replacing 25 year old parts. Given price options for the replacement parts needed and alot of tips by technician on how to keep it running well. Not cheap but lots of parts needed to be replaced after 25 years. Very happy overall though.

Past positive experience with Precision led me to call them once again when cable on my garage door snapped. Was very happy with getting a service call within 24 hours. Service and install was very good and all parties I dealt with very very nice and professional. Would have given 5 stars but they did not sweep up after installing the new door - debris on the garage floor and found a large screw in the driveway. Did not want to run over that.

Ryan Patrick Murphy was very polite upon introducing himself and the trainee with him. Once I informed him of our problem he proceeded to ask me several question that assisted him in determining the services needed to complete the repair to my satisfaction. He did not oversell and gave me options which once I selected he confirmed they would solve the malfunction of the garage door. The new key pad and the maintenance he performed left the garage door in great working condition.
