WOW! White glove service. I am very impressed with this company. I will contact them for all my garage door needs. We called for a repair service. Our technician John took excellent care of our 3 garage doors. He replaced springs, installed a new opener, and just took the time necessary to make sure everything was just right. We had 2 new garage doors & openers installed by Precision earlier this year. They have performed flawlessly & we've been completely happy with them. When one of the openers had a failure a few days ago, Precision was quick to schedule a repair at our convenience. The service technicians were knowledgeable, polite, friendly, etc., & the repair was completed quickly. This was a no-cost warranty repair, but I won't hesitate to call Precision if/when I need out-of-warranty service in the future.
