We had 2 new garage doors & openers installed by Precision earlier this year. They have performed flawlessly & we've been completely happy with them. When one of the openers had a failure a few days ago, Precision was quick to schedule a repair at our convenience. The service technicians were knowledgeable, polite, friendly, etc., & the repair was completed quickly. This was a no-cost warranty repair, but I won't hesitate to call Precision if/when I need out-of-warranty service in the future.

Chris fixed my door and I can't say enough good things about this young man. He is polite, professional and he knows his stuff. My fix wasn't a typical one but I watched him formulate a plan and put it into action. I was shocked how quickly he completed the job and how great it looked when he was done. Door works great again. I would recommend this company and especially Chris to anyone who needs a garage door fixed.
