I had a garage door and LiftMaster opener installed in 2007 by Precision and pleased but now needed a minor adjustment on the lock. I called to set up an appt. and they got someone out within one hour. WOW! My review is for your service technician Ryan P. Murphy. He did the ajustment on the lock that took a couple minutes and now works well. I told him my LiftMaster opener was about 15 yrs. old and he did a quick check and said the opener was in good working order. He answered questions I had and I didn't feel rushed. He was VERY professional and courteous. As he was leaving I asked him for his card as I wanted to write a review. You're lucky to have him as an employee.

Chris Karnacewicz arrived shortly after 10 a.m. and was knowledgeable, personable and professional. He had the issues diagand repaired (one opener needed a new circuit board, two remotes needed to be reprogrammed and the batteries replaced and a board attached to one of the opener slides) in less than an hour.
