Excellent Customer Service all around! Operator Tommy was professional, friendly, & knowledgeable. She was able, due to a cancellation, to get us an immediate appointment. Technician Brian H. & Trainee John arrived within the hour, also very professional, friendly, & knowledgeable. Brian was able to inspect the opener, assess the problem, provide a detailed explanation, offer several quote options, and install the opener quickly & efficiently. I selected Precision Garage Door as the reviews were amazing and I would not hesitate to recommend them or use them again.

Communication from PGD at the start was very prompt and professional. James came and was very helpful. He explained the situation, answered my questions, gave a thorough inspection and even helped me think through best options and pricing. Completed the job quick and did nice work. In a job with many ups and downs, he sprung into help even on NYE afternoon.

I had a garage door and LiftMaster opener installed in 2007 by Precision and pleased but now needed a minor adjustment on the lock. I called to set up an appt. and they got someone out within one hour. WOW! My review is for your service technician Ryan P. Murphy. He did the ajustment on the lock that took a couple minutes and now works well. I told him my LiftMaster opener was about 15 yrs. old and he did a quick check and said the opener was in good working order. He answered questions I had and I didn't feel rushed. He was VERY professional and courteous. As he was leaving I asked him for his card as I wanted to write a review. You're lucky to have him as an employee.

Chris Karnacewicz arrived shortly after 10 a.m. and was knowledgeable, personable and professional. He had the issues diagand repaired (one opener needed a new circuit board, two remotes needed to be reprogrammed and the batteries replaced and a board attached to one of the opener slides) in less than an hour. A+++

Fantastic job by repairman John Delpiu fixing my garage door springs today! He gave me a call when he was on his way to my house and arrived promptly on time. John inspected my door as well and fixed all of the loose parts and rattles. Works great! Very Happy!!
