This company is awesome! I have used them several times over the years and have always been pleased by their great customer service. Their technicians call and keep you informed where they are in their service visits and when they expect to get to you. Company sends name and photo of service rep, which is a great security feature. Service technician John Delpiu today was terrific and replace the garage door opener, springs, belts, etc. all in under an hour.

My wife and I were so impressed with the friendliness and professionalism exhibited by Glenn G. He quickly sized up the problems with our very old garage door and repaired the broken loose cable quickly. We knew eventually the door needed to be upgraded and Glenn offered many options to consider without any unwanted pressure. After conferring with my wife decided to opt for a new door. We have had service from Precision Door service before and were never disappointed. Glenn certainly is a wonderful asset to an outstanding garage door company and we were so happy to have met him.

Rep came to house to repair garage door. Quoted me 700.00 to replace a few parts. Then he said he could do the job for 465.00. Still outrageous. He then said for 300.00 he could get the door working. Didn’t have any work done, but had to pay 73.00 for a service call when there was no service done. Nothing about a service fee on your website. I called Dimension Overhead Door out of Wantage NJ who repaired the door perfectly for 100.00. I only wanted my door repaired. Not rebuilt. Thank you for returning my check.

5 Stars Precision Door is great. I had doors installed by them and had them back for annual maintenance checks. Each time, scheduling a visit, timeliness, and technicians' work was excellent. Never had an issue. Glenn, our service tech this last visit was on time,professional, and did a great job. He was very pleasant to deal with.

Received excellent service. The technician fully discussed the issues that needed to be addressed. He also give us the various options that were available to us. I was very disappointed and was charged for a service call though no service was required. I explained to the call rep that I was a new homeowner and the garage doors stopped working and I wanted to have someone come out and tell us what our options were to have done. We were charged for a service call thought this was incorrect. Being new to the home owning, I probably incorrectly called it a service call as I didn't realize that this was a specific thing indicating a charge. Overall, I wish that the call rep would have actually heard what I was explaining that I needed and recognized this as an estimate instead. In writing this review, I have to select something in the box "Service Performed*:" as it has the asterisk next to it in order to submite but I reiterate, no service was performed.

Brian Hallock is an excellent and courteous technician. He is extremely competent and explained what he was going to do and advised about the necessary work that needed doing. He arrived on time and completed the work in the time he predicted. The work he did is wonderful. It is very nice to have a humming garage door instead of the banging and clanging former mechanism.

Had the doors adjusted and lubed. They called us the next day prior to the service call-answered my questions. Dispatched someone the same day. The service rep was very professional. I had precision doors installed over a year ago. On both occasions Precision Door did a great job. If you select them, rest easy about your choice.

Kevin was the service representative who repaired my garage door. I needed new springs and a cable and I was very pleased with his knowledge and explained everything he was going to do.
