While I was disappointed to learn that I needed a new garage door and opener, the staff of Precision Door were very professional and helped to minimize the overall impact. Eric worked with me by phone while my wife was on-site. He provided answers to all of my questions and followed-up on all discussions and decisions. Rodrigo and his partner (installer) showed-up went right to work and did a great job. He took the time to demonstrate the new system and ensure I was comfortable before he left the job-site. My wife and I are very happy with our door and the system is so quiet and functional. We are glad we made the change. I must say that all of the staff we dealt with either by phone or in person were very professional and pleasant. AND it is nice to know there are companies out there that still support the military. Great Job!

Website photos and information about your technicians was very good. The response time in getting the garage door work couldn't be better. Pete carefully diagnosed the problems gave options for what could be done and gave an accurate estimate of the cost. Pete certainly is a wonder at dealing with the repair work on garage doors and was very proficient and friendly. He certainly is an asset to Precision Door.

We received excellent service from Guy who did a very thorough job installing new door openers, springs, pulleys and rollers on our garage doors. Guy was very polite and knowledgeable about the doors and advised us on what we needed to do to make our doors safe. He worked very efficiently and tidily to install the new openers and springs/pulleys/wires kit and explained the function of the new installation. We are extremely satisfied with his work and will recommend your service to others.
