Pete carefully diagnosed the problems gave options for what could be done and gave an accurate estimate of the cost. We received excellent service from Guy who did a very thorough job installing new door openers, springs, pulleys and rollers on our garage doors. Guy was very polite and knowledgeable about the doors and advised us on what we needed to do to make our doors safe. He worked very efficiently and tidily to install the new openers and springs/pulleys/wires kit and explained the function of the new installation. We are extremely satisfied with his work and will recommend your service to others.

Dave P did a great job explaining our options and pointing us toward the option that best suited our needs. Our garage doors and hardware were over 20 years old and were starting to have issues. I thought just new rollers would do the trick but Dave pointed out our old mismatched springs and rollers....in the end we chose the rebuild package and it was well worth it...I never realized garage doors could go up and down without squeaking! Nice job Dave and Precision, two thumbs up.
