Your courteous service technician, Chris Aveta, arrived on time, was able to immediately identify the problem, professionally explain my available options, and then fixed the door! (Thankfully, your vans are obviously well equipped with parts needed!) P.S. I also appreciate your COVID-19 precautions taken.

The Door designer that Came out to our house and assisted us was Stacey Conod. Stacey was extremely professional and helpful in assisting us with selecting our garage doors and hardware. She even answered questions from my wife and I during her time off. My wife and I were very impressed with her knowledge and professionalism. I am also impressed by the way Precision contacts and corresponds with the customer.

The price for repair was higher than replace all doors and motors with brand new stuff. Before you call this company you should know that few hundred dollars repair will cost you thousands. They also charge you $74 even if they don’t do any work.

We called Precision on a Friday and they were very efficient in coming to service our garage door on Monday as we requested. The serviceman Bryan was very clear in suggesting what needed to be replaced to make our door operate correctly.
