I found precision by searching google for a reputable company to replace my two motors on the new house we just purchased. They were wonderful the first time around but since then I had 2 incidents that had nothing to do with the work they performed and both times my technician George rushed over to help me. These doors were new but there are many moving parts in garage doors I did not know about. He advised me he recommended and never made me feel like he was trying to "upsell" me anything. I felt like George was a good friend rather than a stranger. Now everything is fixed and George has completely blown away my expectations. I would definitely recommend precision and especially him to anyone in need of replacement or repair. Thanks for everything!

I have used Precision before & was quite satisfied. Earlier this week I had a problem and called them. They sent a technician - Vince Gerolamo, who was wonderful! He arrived on time, giving me a heads-up call to tell me he was on his way. He quickly diagnosed the problem, explaining & showing me so that I would understand why I needed the part he would replace. He actually did a sort of "before & after" which was most helpful & as I said, allowed me to understand what he was doing & why. He was both friendly and very professional. Next time I need Precision, I am definitely going to request Vince! Thanks Precision & especially Vince.....

After two service visits - first visit: no problem uncovered, but two cables were replaced. Second visit after same problem returned - it was determined that the "eye" was blinking - should have been constant. Eye was straightened and cleaned off - and hopefully the problem of the door not closing all the way was resolved. I hope!

Lou was very professional and friendly. He called to let us know what time to expect him. After he diagnosed the problem, he explained exactly what he needed to do to correct it. Lou was greeted by our 150lb. dog Duke. Duke is very friendly and he wanted to help Lou fix the garage door. Lou was great and even explained to Duke that for safety reasons he couldn't help him! The original problem was a broken spring but when Kevin, the service technician checked the situation we decided to rebuild the door and replace all the parts. Kevin was professional and knowledgeable. My doors are manual but we will be having 2 garage door openers installed by your company hopefully next week once I have my electrician install an outlet in one of the garages. Christina in your office was very helpful explaining the options of garage door openers. We have used Precision in the past and was satisfied with your work. I grew up in Pequannock so it's nice to support a business in my hometown.
