Having nothing but good things to say about our technician. He was friendly, nice, and punctual. What I have an issue with is the billing practices of this company. Besides their very high prices and upsell on things, they charge a 3% fee to use a credit card. That is outrageous for a company this size. Additionally, a $15 fee was added to our bill which was suppose to be taken care of at time of payment. When payment came, the amount was still the same when the fee was applied despite assurances it was taken off. The fee never came off and it was not until I pressed that it wasn’t that it magically came off and was at the correct price. Very shady billing practices.

Precision Overhead Garage Door Service is very reliable and comes to check your door right away. Doug repaired my door and was very knowledgeable, pleasant and courteous. He explained the problem and what had to be done to fix it very clearly. He was extremely thorough and made sure everything was working properly before he left. I highly recommend them!

Brain Hallock did a great job, quick, and knowledgeable on what needed to be done. He fixed the springs/pulleys by doing a conversion kit which previously had a sprint mechanism that ran straight across. Under an hour and he was done!

Our tech Chris, was the nicest man. He called to see if he could arrive early because he had finished a job in the area. That worked great for me!! Chris inspected both the garage doors, one was a quick fix and the second he put in new parts in no time. He was really fast!! I just wish the weather wasn't so hot and humid.

This is the third time I have called Precision Door for help. A real person (Holly) answered the phone and scheduled me for the following day. I waited less than 24 hours to have a technician come to the house which in this day and age is amazing! My appointment was scheduled for between 12 and 4. Jackson called around 12:10 to let me know he had just arrived at the appointment before mine and that he would call again when he was on his way which he did. I love that their website has bios on their employees so I know who will be arriving at my home. He was pleasant, knowledgeable, and efficient. He explained what needed to be done - spring replacement - and was done in about half an hour. I would certainly recommend Jackson and this company to anyone! Thanks, Precision Door!
