My overhead Garage door motor blew out and two places that I called were not able to provide service. I called Precision and was able to get a Sunday appointment....we receive a call on Sunday from Christian Gutierrez to let us know he was on is way. Christian was very knowledgeable, gave us a good price, was helpful since I was handicapped and showed us how to use all the features. I would recommend him again. I have called them several times for different issues with my garage. The woman who gives you an appointment is so nice and she tries her best to give you the quickest appointment when it’s urgent. Twice my garage was stuck in the upwards position and she got me service that same day. The technicians are great. John goes above and beyond. It’s 100 degrees and he was working hard for hours. He explains everything in detail before & today they came back and repaired a similar problem I had in October and they didn’t charge me. Very honest and reliable. Highly recommend.

We had our garage door repaired yesterday by Louis Rowek. He gave us an honest assessment and options that would be best for the repair as well as a long term fix that included a ten year warranty. We couldn’t of been happier with his service! He even took the time to stick around and help me set up the app on my phone. I highly recommend him and will definitely be asking for him in the future.

Sean came out and did a great job on our out of sync door. Replaced the rollers and adjusted everything. Will be working with them in a few years to replace both doors when we redo the driveway.
