I have used Precision Garage Door when I first moved into my latest home back on 11/1/24. At that time we had older automatic door openers on every garage door (4). This latest service was needed to bring the 2-car garage door up to specs with the other 3 doors done afterwards. I now have a home with a very quiet opening garage door since this door is used as heavily as the front door is to enter the home. Very happy with your service initially and now, excellent repair person, definitely professional and very helpful. You don't get this kind of service from just any garage door company!

Absolute pleasure dealing with your company. Company notified me the day before of approximate time of arrival. Called again on day of service to confirm a more precise time. Service technician arrived on time. He tested the door and quickly identified problem. He was equipped with a replacement door opener. He was able to install it in a reasonable time since I had to leave. He cleaned up everything. It was a pleasure dealing with him. Note this technician had worked at my house previously. Nice to she him come back. He did a great job the first time be came which improved my confidence in your company.

I have never had service on a garage door before. I chose Precision after searching a number of factors including geography, positive reviews, all materials in van for same day service, etc. All of my searches came back around to Precision. Actual service could not have been better, even before arrival. Matt kept me informed of his location and travel status, so I was ready for his arrival. Once he was here, he was thorough in describing the problem and options, and helped me understand what to look for in my door and motor, so I could make a well informed decision. His long experience and depth of knowledge inspired confidence. And he was friendly. He gave me some extra pointers on how to keep my doors running smoothly, even outside of the repairs. We talked a little bit about Dr Pepper, too. He was an expert, a professional and a nice guy.

Precision Garage Door Service is an EXCELLENT company! Our two existing / old garage door openers were acting up & on their way out. We called Precision & the tech came over right away & installed new garage door openers for us. I have used Precision Door in the past and they are my "go to". Matt Dewald came out today to check out my cracking noise from one door and also to bolt the hanging brace to the ceiling on the other door. He called ahead, was on time, inspected everything and honestly told me I could get by with the one cracking door that had been replaced by the snowplow driver 13 years ago. He visually showed me what the problem was. He also explained that I could consider replacing just 2 panels on the door since they were cracked, or consider the whole door replacement with the proper hardware that had not been used in the original replacement. He was polite, efficient, careful with proper pricing, and personable. It was a pleasure talking with Matt, knowing he was knowledgeable, concerned about being fair, careful in his estimate, and efficient and articulate. I would not hesitate to contact Precision Door in the future. I feel better knowing Matt was out to gave me his opinion and shared his expertise.
