When I called a person answered the phone promptly and quickly provided all the information I needed to feel comfortable doing business with Precision. The communication was incredibly thorough. When Roberto the Technician arrived on time he assessed my situation and recommended a product that totally met my needs at a price that I felt was a good value. He went to work and installed my new opener in about an hour and a half. He explained everything clearly and helped me program our cars to the new unit. He was friendly and professional and was done and cleaned up in an impressive time frame. The unit is incredibly quiet with a number of safety and convenience features. I wily absolutely recommend Precision to my friends and family. I’ve not experienced this level of great service in a very long time. I’d even be inclined to request Roberto

I love this company. I love their excellent communication -- from the first call I put in for an appointment to the text they send beforehand with information about my technician, and then the call I received with the exact time of arrival. I had something break that was under warranty and Luke took care of it right away. He knew what he was doing. Luke was so friendly and professional and I felt safe having him come to my home.
