I had a really great experience with this company. From the initial phone call, to the signing of the paperwork at the completion of the job, I was an extremely satisfied customer. The first two places I called were rather rude to me, so it was no small thing that the people at Precision were professional and polite and efficient, not to mention friendly and down to earth. I liked the website, and I appreciated the fact that the employees wore uniforms and drove marked trucks. It illustrated for me that this was a company with a lot of pride in its work and its name. I am careful about how and where I spend my money but I trusted Lou R. and my trust was not misplaced. He gave a fair assessment of the problem (explaining it not once but twice, to me and to the warranty company I have an account with) and he did a great job with my garage door opener intstallation, working even more quickly than I would have thought possible. I would say, don't hesitate to call this company for all of your garage door needs. I will definitely be using them in the future as the need arises.

My tech was Kevin Stasiak. He called a few times with updates on his ETA, which was appreciated. He was quick to understand my openers issues, and explain the same to me. He was also great about answering the multitude of questions I had. The door works so much better with all I had done(new springs, cables, and rollers). I would not hesitate to recommend him and your company to others.

Not long after I moved to my new house, the cables came loose off my garage door. Rob Z. was the technician who came out to service my garage, and he quickly diagnosed the issue, noting that the previous owners made a repair using equipment for a heavier door, forcing the motor to work harder. Rob Z was very courteous, and clearly explained the issues, as well as the pending resolution. In the end, due to the age of the motor in my home, and my concerns that there would be additional issues, I decided to pull the trigger on a new opener. Rob Z went through the options with me, and was clear with the pricing so that there were no surprises when it was time to settle the bill. Rob did a great job with the install, and managed to remain positive and courteous, despite working on one of the coldest days this winter. The lifetime warranty makes me feel better about committing to a new opener. Also, I highly recommend Rob Z as a technician. He provided great service, and is a great representative for Precision Door. I would use Precision again, based off this experience.

I chose Precision Garage Door because the website was so customer friendly. I liked the idea that there were "do it yourself" videos on the site for customers to try to solve the problem themselves. Lou R. came out today...called ahead of appointment time for permission to come a little earlier. My garage door was intermittently working and other times stopping in the up or down position partway. Lou knew immediately that my problem was not my sensors. He checked the force buttons on the motor and indicated they were too low and moved them to a higher setting. He lubricated my rails while he was there. He explained why the problem was not with my sensors. Although my system is functioning overall, he did point out that the cables, springs, pulleys, and rollers could use replacement due to the age (16 years) of the system. He explained how the new rollers were made of better materials and how springs start to sag over time. He gave me a price if I wanted to pursue for the future. He also explained the lifetime warranty on parts and the labor warranty for 5 years if I proceed with parts replacement. Lou was courteous, clean cut, polite, and efficient. I would not hesitate to call Precision if I decide to proceed with the parts replacements.

Great service! The installers showed up well within the scheduled time block. Very courteous, professional and thorough. Door and motor installation went quickly even though temperature was in low 30's. The guys took the time to explain install in detail and went over all features very carefully. I would give the level of service I received today a 5 on a 1-5 scale where 5 is the highest. I would rate the technician, Ron, that performed the service a 10 if you had one! Ron’s customer service skills and product knowledge is excellent. He worked quickly and efficiently and completed the job with professionalism. He answered all of our questions and left me feeling confident that we had chosen the right company for the job. I manage 16 employees for a pharamceutical company so I know and appreciate the value of competent employees. I have never used your company until today, so assuming the product we purchased performs as well as the employee who installed it, I will be happy to recommend your company to our friends and family who need garage door services in the future.
