I made an initial call to your company because my garage door opener didn't work. You were referred to me from Dennis/Denise Shann, who spoke very highly of your service and products. (They mentioned Ed's name) Phil Demeo, was the technician who called me ahead to announce his call and he did arrived on time. He was very professional and knowledible in answering all my questions. He assessed my door and wrote up two estimates for me. I will make a decision within the next week . No work was performed today. I would rate your company five stars to this point, in keeping your customers informed from the initial call as to each step and Your interest in resolving my problem.

Mark came to fix our garage door opener. Somehow all codes were wiped out and we couldn't program our cars or our keypad. He was very nice and knew what to do right away. He fixed our problem in a couple of minutes and was very friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely use Precision again and recommend them to a friend.

I called Precision on the coldest day in February, and they came out on the same day as the call. The young man who serviced our broken garage door, Kevin, never complained about being out in the bitter cold temperature and was very polite and professional. The job was completed within the time frame explained to me and overall, I was quite pleased with the the service. Thank you Precision for allowing me to get my car out of the garage again so quickly.....

The service team that came out was very nice. I did feel I was overcharged for the service. I wish someone tried to help me over the phone as it was just a lose screw. I paid $XXX for a lose screw.

Ms. Sinnott, we understand your complaint but is impossible to diagnose a loose screw over the phone. I feel the fee you were charged was fair as I had to send a fully trained technician out to your home ready and with a stocked truck to fix any problem you may have had.

We had a late afternoon Garage door mechanism issue. I called Precision and while I was on the phone they were able to schedule a repair man to be at our house within the hour! Matthew arrived, introduced himself and got to work. He confirmed what I already knew, we needed new mechanisms for our garage door to work. I highly recommend Precision.
