We scheduled an appointment this morning and got one for the afternoon. We got confirmation by text and email. Alan, the repair man, called 30 minutes before arriving (at the beginning of the appointment window) and we hot another confirmation. Alan was great. He diagnosed the problem and was able to fix it right away. In addition he let us know about issues that were going to occur in the near future so that we could choose to repair them now or later. He was pleasant and respectful. I would highly recommend this company. I would definitely use them again.

When they were on the way, the both called and emailed. And when they got here, Tino did outstanding work. Impressed with the Precision web site that eases communications to and from the company . The service engineer Tino who arrived as schedule quickly analyzed the issues with the old garage door opener.
