Tyler just finished installing a garage door opener at our home. There were three packages that we could choose from. Tyler was knowledgeable about all the packages and helped us choose what was right for us. He said he would be done in about an hour, and he was done in about an hour. After the installation was complete, Tyler explained the user process to us and took payment easily. Tyler is an excellent listener; he does a great job representing Precision. BTW... This is our second 5 star review for Precision.

This is my second time using Precision and the experience was equally as good as the first. The ability to make online appointments - as soon as same day - was compelling to me. Communication with the company was excellent. I was given a 4 hour window and was continually kept informed of the technician's arrival time by text and phone call. Kevin listened thoughtfully when I gave him the history of the problem I was having. He then patiently and thoroughly explained my repair options and costs. We scheduled an appointment this morning and got one for the afternoon. We got confirmation by text and email. Alan, the repair man, called 30 minutes before arriving (at the beginning of the appointment window) and we hot another confirmation. Alan was great. He diagnosed the problem and was able to fix it right away. In addition he let us know about issues that were going to occur in the near future so that we could choose to repair them now or later. He was pleasant and respectful. I would highly recommend this company. I would definitely use them again.
