Customer service is easy to work with, pleasant and responsive. With a phone call I had an appointment set within in 10 minutes for the next day. My technician, Ferdinand Kazimov was fantastic. He arrived promptly at 8:30 am, assessed the job, gave me a quote, and completed the work. We discussed the initial installation of the two garage doors (not his work), and he worked diligently and with absolute dedication to finish the job. All the while he kept me informed of his progress and the issues he uncovered. A true professional. I would recommend him and your company to anyone looking for garage service.

Rob Zuniga was absolutely fantastic. Rob had such a friendly demeanor and thoroughly explained everything with such patience answering the many questions I had with a smile on his face the whole time. What a super guy and a terrific representation of your business! The work he did was exceptional and done very fast. I would give him 7 stars if could, first class all the way! I just had two garage door openers installed. The technician & manager worked with me on the price since I was getting two installed. It was a pleasure to have Rob Zuniga doing the work. Chris K. was fantastic! He called before he left from a previous job to give me his ETA. He was on time from what he mentioned on my voicemail and he walked through the options available for belt drive openers. Our old opener was ~30 years old and in sad shape. I selected the model I wanted and he started install immediately. After inspecting the rest of the parts (springs, rollers, hinges, etc.) he recommended that a couple of other items be replaced. Again, all at least 10 to 15 years old and I opted for spring and roller replacement. I ended up spending just over $1,000 but the opener is SUPER quiet and the new springs and rollers make it even better. Well worth the cost and Chris even helped me set up the key pad and programmed the 2 remotes with the new opener code and my other opener on the second garage door. I already downloaded the app so I can open close the door from my phone. It's so QUIET!! Chris cleaned up and was done in about 2 hours. Great job and I will call again when I need the other door springs and rollers replaced!

Fast friendly service with competitive prices. Called late on a Thursday and my doors were fixed by Friday. Kevin was friendly and professional, he had my doors fixed in an hour. My loud and obnoxious doors are gone!!
