The name of this company, Precision, clearly describes their quality of work. Everything from the appointment process to the job performed was done with impeccable efficiency. One morning, my garage door came off the hinges and would not open and close properly. I called Precision and they were able to send Sean out in just a few hours. He was very courteous and knowledgeable and immediately assessed the damage and provided a quote. He was all done in about half an hour and the door works fine. Very happy with their service and I will definitely contact them again if the need arises.

My house was struck by lightning and the strike fried many electrical components in our house, including the garage door opener. James did an excellent job examining all the important elements of the door, and replaced the motor as well as finding fraying in the cables due to a problem I wasn't aware of. He replaced those as well, and avoided a serious problem that could have occurred if one of those cables had snapped. It's very comforting to know you have a company that has your best interests in mind. Wish all companies were that good.

I have an older Lift Master Model 2500 opener, vintage 2004. Recently, I lost the ability to use my remote and Home link. I have many power outages in my area, I surmise that my logic board (41A5507-B) was compromised, at the time I didn't have a surge protector. I tried to find a replacement, but to no avail. Your technician, KEVIN STASIAK, suggested using the Lift Master 889LM with the 863MAX remote to regain this functionality. This fixed my issue at a very reasonable cost. KEVIN is very knowledgeable and I would rely on him to address any garage door issues. Kudos to KEVIN STASIAK.
