The service from Precision Door is beyond all experiences I have ever had with any contractor. From the person answering the phone to the email with the background and picture of the technician coming to the home and the follow up email with the precise time he will be at the home. You don't get this level of professionalism from most companies. The technician was very personable and knowledgeable and fixed the issue promptly. I couldn't ask for more! I highly recommend them!

I'd give Precision ten stars if that were an option. An operating cable on one of our heavy, 28-year-old wood garage doors broke and took a spring and an eye bolt with it. After our home warranty company assigned some fly-by-night contractor who wouldn't even answer the phone (and had terrible reviews), I gave up and called Precision based on their stellar reviews so we could get the broken door fixed and the cables on the other two doors replaced proactively. That was undoubtedly the right call. The tech, Tommy, showed up on time. He was awesome - endlessly courteous, professional, and forthright. The chain on one of our openers has been sagging and noisy (and getting worse), so I've been planning to replace it. Tommy actually spotted the issue the instant he walked in the garage and showed me the source of the problem. I decided to go ahead with replacement with a new Liftmaster WLED and couldn't be happier. Doing any of this myself would've taken an entire Saturday. He knocked it out in about two hours and the work is flawless. We're doing new doors and the other two openers next spring, and we will undoubtedly use Precision (and hopefully Tommy). It's rare to find a contractor these days that makes such a positive impression. Keep up the great work.

Our door broke so I found that they have 24 hour service 7 days . I called and spoke to a human. She took all the info . The tech arrived an hour later. Amazing. John the tech was great very efficient. The door works great and is very quiet. Highly recommended

My experience with Precision from start to finish was amazing. My phone call was answered right away and the appointment was scheduled on Saturday with no additional "weekend" fee. My garage door was malfunctioning after a power outage and needed some adjustments. Ryan, the technician from Precision, was professional, very knowledgeable and pleasure to communicate with. He answered all of my questions, adjusted the garage door perfectly, and went above and beyond while fixing and programming keypad and remotes and making sure that the garage door opens smoothly. Ryan did an excellent job and it was done efficiently. I would highly recommend the company and this technician to anyone needing garage door repair. It truly was a five star service! Thank you

Matthew was a very promo, friendly and knowledgeable technician. He diagnosed the problem and installed the new opener and spent time explaining how everything worked. He did a nice job of cleaning everything up before he left. The opener is so much quieter and smooth operating.

Although the outside lock of my 30-year-old garage door broke, the "old Precision product" still worked from the interior of the garage. The technician Joshua M made a thorough inspection of the system's functionality, clearly described alternative solutions for me to consider, and was able to program a remote control device (an item I did not have) so that I could open the garage from the outside. I was very pleased with the prompt, friendly, thorough, professional service Joshua M provided.

Safety sensors stopped working on my opener which was probably 20 years old and no longer made. Recommended new opener which I anticipated. Brian and his trainee Luigi were great, installed a fantastic opener with all the parts for a reasonable price in 45 minutes!

All staff was very pleasant and professional. I initially called because I had put off replacing the openers on my garage doors for too long, and damage was done to one of the doors as a result of all that shaking and rattling. There was definitely some miscommunication initially, as they just replaced the doors and tracks but not the openers. Again, the staff was very professional even with my frustration after this happened, and I have to commend th company for standing behind their work. They came back to install two new openers and now everything works perfectly.

I am completely satisfied with my decision to have this work done by Precision. The technician, Kevin, was polite, pleasant, and professional. He informed me of a potential safety issue regarding our door springs not having safety cables, and since I had an incident with a spring breaking while I was near it I chose to have the cables installed.
