I contacted Precision to service my garage door opener and the service was excellent. ON time arrival without delay, clear diagnosis and provided all the possible options to reach a decision on what to do. I ended up replacing the garage door and I did not need to wait. I highly recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door of New Jersey. When my door opener was damaged by a lightning strike, their service was prompt, friendly, and professional. They scheduled my appointment for the very next day. The technician, Brian, arrived at 6:00 PM after a long day, but he insisted on staying until the repair was completed. We were having difficulty with our garage door - it was becoming more difficult to close. And it was rubbing against and pulling out the bolts holding the motor to the wall. Jeff came to review the situation. He called before he arrived, and was on time. He diagnosed our situation, gave us several options, and fixed our issue. While doing so, he also eliminated a loud squeak that we've had for years. We were very pleased with Jeff and the service we received.

Ricky fully inspected my door and quickly diagnosed the problem. He then presented some options with the costs clearly explained. The repair itself took about an hour and my door was back to working perfectly. I had an issue with my garage door remote not working on a consistent basis. Precision was extremely quick with their response and appointment time. Customer service was top notch. When the tech arrived, I thought I was going to get a hard sell to buy all new motors and equipment. But the tech was kind and courteous as he explained it was an issue with the LED lightbulbs I was using. How refreshing it is to deal with a company that is not trying to oversell something that is not needed. I rarely write review but I had to based on how impressed I was with my experience. When my garage door openers do finally give out, I will definitely be using Precision. Highly recommend!

Our Technician, Tyler was an excellent communicator and made us aware of issues with our 23 year old openers that we chose to also address. The work was performed efficiently and neatly.
