I was amazed to get a same day appointment. Vincent called to say he was coming and was prompt. He was friendly and quick to assess my needs. He offered three options and explained each. He completed the option I chose, prepared the bill quickly, took my payment-and all this in the midst of the chaos of the lawn service arriving just as he did. I am beyond pleased! Way to go, Vincent!

Precision Overhead Garage Door Service did an outstanding job of repairing our garage door today. Booking the service visit was easy. We called their Bergen County phone line, spoke to a representative and had the same morning appointment scheduled within 5 minutes. Charlie , their technician, arrived on time, having called a half hour before he arrived to let me know he was on his way. Charlie evaluated the condition of the garage door mechanism and within 15 minutes presented me with three options to solve the issue. We chose the repair option that made most sense for us. Within an hour and 15 minutes that garage door was working perfectly. Precision is the company to call if you want world class service for garage door repairs. I recommend them without reservation. And special kudos to Charlie. He was an terrific professional who delivered with excellence.

Tyler just finished installing a garage door opener at our home. There were three packages that we could choose from. Tyler was knowledgeable about all the packages and helped us choose what was right for us. He said he would be done in about an hour, and he was done in about an hour. After the installation was complete, Tyler explained the user process to us and took payment easily. Tyler is an excellent listener; he does a great job representing Precision. BTW... This is our second 5 star review for Precision.

I was happy to get an appointment the day after I called. The technician (Jeff) called in advance of his arrival, arrived on time, and was very polite, courteous, and professional. He knew what he was talking about and fixed the problem quickly; he checked to be sure that it was done successfully. He also clearly told me the options for additional service without feeling that he was pressuring me or pushing me to buy something that I did not need. I was happy overall and would recommend Precision for garage door service.
