OMG..I had no electricity for over 18 hours over the 4th of July holiday and when it finally came back on I couldn't reconnect the garage door to open/close again. BUT...I called Precision and they came within 24 ours after I called them. The serviceman, "Josh" I think his name is was so compassionate, understanding, and took his time to get the door to reconnect. He was just so understanding and kind. Asking me if I had any questions, discussed any issues he saw for future repairs but also indicated that for now I was OK. UROCK Josh!!!!!!!!!! I made one phone call, and the technician was at my home in less than 2 hours. The garage door problem was reviewed by Vincent LoVerde, and then he proposed three solutions. After explaining all the options, we came to an agreement on how best to replace the broken parts. Vincent was extremely helpful and completed the task in about 90 minutes.
