We had a great experience with Precision Garage Door! They replaced our 25+ year-old garage door system with two new LiftMaster systems, and the entire experience was excellent. Our technician Shane was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. He took the time to make sure everything was installed properly and working as it should. It’s such a relief to have our new systems in place, and we couldn’t be happier with the service. Tommy is the BEST!!!! Precision has always given me the best customer service ever. Tommy has been to my home twice now. I can't say enough about him. He is so kind and so honest. I called Precision this morning in a panic when my garage door wouldnt open. Even the girl.who answered my call.was so kind and understanding. Tommy came just a few hours later to save the day. The only problem now is that I'm so spoiled. Tommy came to the rescue twice now, and I'm going to have a hard time of I'm not lucky enough to see him the next time I need help. I do remember though, years ago when I first called Precision, a young man named Brian came to help me. He too was wonderful. Precision must be a great company to work for, because their employees really care about their customers. They go above and beyond with everything they do. Thank you again Tommy for saving the day!!!! I wish I could give a million star review!!!!

On booking a service call(morning of 10/12/26), the service manager texted to introduce himself and set the expectation that Precision strives to deliver a WOW experience. I’m pleased to report he meant what he said . Precision delivered exceptional service start to finish. Call center (human, not Ai) answered promptly, was pleasant and offered same day service. Service Tech, Kevin Stasiak called shortly thereafter to advise he could arrive on the front end of the 4 hour service window offered (so noon arrival in the 12-4 window). When he arrived, his appearance matched photo Precision sent in advance so you have confidence that this is the person you expected. He was professional in his appearance, courteous and clear in communication and efficient in service delivery. In short, he instilled confidence start to finish. He offered reasonable options/ solutions and had the necessary supplies on the company vehicle to perform the service. Even though we only replaced the one broken door opener (with LiftMaster motor), he also offered to program the two remotes that came with the product to open all three bays. We Will definitely call them again / highly recommend. (My neighbor recommended to me after her favorable experience this summer).

After 20 years, our original garage door guy was retired and out of business. Who do we use when one of our three garage automatic door openers was acting up? Professional scheduling service, received a next-day weekend appointment, good followup texts and emails, they showed up during the promised time window with online tracking of the inbound service truck, skilled and professional service guy (thanks Luke Stachura!) who quickly diagnosed our issue, only fixed what was necessary to solve our problem and didn't push any non-required extras, excellent work and cleanup! I had a malfunction of the door. Called Precision for a service. Came the very next day. Solved the problem (a broken part). Because it was still under warranty, did not charge the service and part replaced. The technician arrived on time and was very professional and gentle. Highly recommended

Two years ago I realized that my almost 50 year old wood garage doors would not make it through another winter, so I called Precision very fearful of what the cost would be. I was very pleasantly surprised at the reasonable if not low cost of these new doors which included all new hardware. The installation was completely done in one day (actually less), and the doors are insulated and sealed all around. The cold draft I used to have was gone. I have had two minor issues. The one door I had as manual was a little hard to open and would slam shut. Precision came out and replaced the springs and now the door is perfect. This week, the door with the electric opener was slamming shut. I called precision and they came out the same morning, found where there was binding and repaired it, all still under warranty.
