I made one phone call, and the technician was at my home in less than 2 hours. The garage door problem was reviewed by Vincent LoVerde, and then he proposed three solutions. After explaining all the options, we came to an agreement on how best to replace the broken parts. Vincent was extremely helpful and completed the task in about 90 minutes. I was super impressed with the efforts made by him and his customer care team. I will be using this company again and again!

Our technician, Randy, was great. After I explained the problem to him, he inspected the garage door opener and the door. About ten minutes later, he provided the results of his inspection and offered a number of solutions to solve the problem. The solutions varied by quality and price, and we chose the one we believed to be the best fit. He had all of what he needed in his truck, and about 3 hours later we had a new and improved system. Randy answered all of our questions and demonstrated how to use the new system. He gave me his business card to follow up if we had any further questions or issues. I would highly recommend him and the company.

My garage door would start to close and then suddenly go back up. I called Precision (Northern NJ) and spoke with Ashley who was very pleasant and helpful when I explained my dilemma. Josh Orejola was my technician, he was very professional and informative. He saw the issue with the door, and since it had been 10+ years (Precision installed) it was a good idea to have everything checked, since it had become sluggish lately. Josh showed me 3 options and was more than happy to answer any questions I had. I’m happy to say the initial problem was corrected, and that the mechanism now works without the creaky noises, and runs smoothly. I highly recommend Precision. Thanks so much!

The spring on my garage door broke last night at 6:30 PM. I called immediately and the operator set up an appointment for the very next morning. The tech who came out worked with me to get my wife's car out of the garage, so she won't be late for her appointment. Once I chose an option out of several he gave me to choose from, he did the work quickly and very professionally.

I didn't really know much about garage doors until I moved to Whippany. When I lived in West Orange, the garage was detached from the house. I didn't use it. I just parked in the driveway, I rarely drove it into the garage. But living in Whippany is different. The garage is part of the house and I pretty much have to use it daily. This house probably never had any of the garage door parts replaced. And the contact info for the previous Garage Door business was either out of business, or changed their name. Because when i googled it, the first name that came up was Precision Garage Door Service, not Danny's Doors. As it turns out, everything except the garage door was broken (springs, rollers, fading motor). The night before, the garage door made a shattering sound as it closed. Kevin explained everything to me and guided me through everything and was done in two hours. I love my new parts. I also find it funny (in a good way) that on my block, I am the only one with a different keypad. Everyone else has generic gray pad. I stand out!!!! Thank you Kevin and thank you Precision Garage Door! Will definitely recommend to others.
