I couldn't have been more pleased with Precision's service and in particular, the outstanding technician, Vincent L.,. Vincent arrived at our house within 3 hours of our call and spent the next couple of hours in the frigid cold completely updating the garage door opener system. He was excellent - incredibly courteous, and professional. He clearly explained the current condition of the system, gave us 3 price point repair options to consider, answered questions from both myself as well as from my husband via conference call. If there was a higher rating than 5 star, this company and their tech deserve it.

These guys are great! I woke up to my fiancé unable to open the garage door and get her car out and immediately went online and placed an appointment to have it looked at. The manager, Rob, reached out to me within minutes to learn more about the issue, and the tech, Mike, was at my house within a couple hours. Mike explained everything that was wrong, what could cause problems for me in the future, and created 3 different quotes to best fit my needs. After confirming what I wanted done, Mike already had all the necessary parts and was able to complete the job (which was pretty much everything but the door itself) in a couple hours. He even re-spliced the wire for the sensor on my other door free of charge! Afterwards, he went over everything he did one more time and showed me how it all operates. Will definitely be using them again when my other door goes!

We needed a new garage door keypad. I was able to schedule next day service, which was great. Kilian arrived well within the time window, was extremely professional, and efficiently took care of the problem. He also examined the rest of our system and identified a fraying door cable. Precision Overhead Garage Door were new to me so my expectations were optimistic. Happily I can honestly say they performed amazingly, from the first call to book an appointment, which was painless and quick. They were very courteous on arrival, listened to my issues and then didd a full assessment of the problem, before making there recommendations. These were broken down into 3 options each of which was clearly explained as to cost/benefit. After agreeing on the best solution for me the work was carried out speedily and in the estimated time frame. All old materials were removed from the site and it was left clean and tidy.
