The technicians, Kevin & his trainee (I forgot his name unfortunately) who came out were knowledgeable, professional, and clearly experienced. What really stood out was how smoothly everything went—he explained what needed to be done, worked quickly, and made sure everything was functioning perfectly before leaving. My garage door opener failed after 25 years. The technician Rob diagnosed that the motor could not be replaced and recommended a replacement system. The new system has many upgrades from the original system and works great. Rob was courteous, knowledgeable and installed the new system in less time than quoted. He walked me through the operation until I was satisfied. It was a great experience!

I must admit I was desperate to get someone quickly since I had a 2 minute window to get someone the same day. I called precision randomly from an internet search and someone picked up quickly and was able to get a technician within hours. It was the luckiest day I’ve had. Matthew the technician kept me updated on his progress before he arrived, gave me a complete status of my opener and options to repair it with no pressure.
