My initial call with the friendliest gal was KEY. She then set an appointment for the very next day. The rep Mike who came was great. His quote was higher than a competitor, but I saw i was in much better hands with Precision. The installers were sweet and efficient in a timely manner. The text alerts, with Uber like tracking when the reps will arrive -an added bonus. I wish Precision did Plumbing, electrical, etc...too !

We made a call for service on a Saturday, and the Precision office very helpfully scheduled our appointment for the next day and kept us informed of the technician' s schedule and arrival time. The technician, Charlie Baldissard, diagnosed our problem (broken lock mechanism), repaired/ replaced the parts, inspected the entire overhead door for any needed maintenance, and advised us of possible upgrades. My garage door stopped working and Tyler was amazing in getting it fixed. He communicated with me throughout the day so that I knew when he would be arriving. He was courteous and thoroughly explained the issues and my options to repair. He never tried to push me to spend more money or fix more than what was necessary. He completed the job quickly and it came out perfect. He then walked me through everything he did to show me all the new parts and how it was working. Garage door has never been smoother or quieter. John was extremely thorough in his evaluation of our unit and explained the limitations involved with potential repair to the opener. John was very professional, answered questions with replies that could be understood. We were informed as to his expected arrival time and he was very prompt. Besides John all other personnel who spoke to us treated us in a very courteous, friendly and helpful manner. After discussing the options, John used his leaf blower to blow out the leaves that had blown into the garage, without even being asked. Very appreciated.

Ricky C. was excellent. Precision was contacted as our old 20 year old garage opener no longer worked and we could not get into the garage nor find the key. We have used Precision Door in the past and were very satisfied with the service. When our garage door opener failed we called them again. We got an appointment the very next day. When the technician got here to install a new door opener he was friendly, polite, efficient and got the job done quickly...and helped program the remote opener in the car. We are very satisfied.

To: Michael Brickner, President Now a days no one takes the time to write a letter (email) about the outstanding service they receive. Today, I meet your employee, Shane Havrilla. I called the company this morning because when I got up I found my garage door was open. I called the police and my next call was to Precision Garage Door. They had given me an estimate on another garage door I needed to replace, Michael Porta was the sales person. Shane came the same day and not only got the door to close but he did a fantastic job in securing the door so no one could get back in. We had a broken spring/cable on a very heavy garage door. Precision was the first company I called and they booked our appointment to fix the problem almost immediately. The technician was so communicative in when he would arrive, he explained the issue easily and fixed it in what seemed like a snap. Reasonable price, quick and easy, and friendly. Great company. Hope not to need them again but if I do, I know who I’m calling!
