My garage door stopped working suddenly and Precision Overhead Garage Door Service was able to come the next day to take a look. Alan was the technician and he explained in detail the issue as well as the various options to fix the issue. Ended up replacing the entire unit for which Alan did a great job and am very satisfied with the service.

I appreciate that someone answers the phone 24/7 and that same day and next day appointments are available. The service technician arrived during the appointment time and was knowledgeable and professional. He gave us an estimate before doing the repairs.
