Ethan was amazing! He was thorough, friendly and polite. I had a gap between the doors and the trim yjay was making my basement very cold. He explained everything he would be doing and even told me that lubricating the doors could make them quieter. He walked me through the financing process and was very patient with my lack of computer expertise. When he was done you could already feel a difference in the tmperature of my home. I highly recommend Precision and, if Ethan is your technician, it's an extra bonus!

Amazing experience! Vinnie the service technician was awesome! Super professional and knowledgeable. I called for service on a Monday morning. By noon the same day the garage door was fixed. No shenanigans or bait n switch. When it comes time to upgrade the motors, I will call Precision Garage Door. Again…outstanding customer service and experience all around. Top notch!!!

Our service technician arrived when he said he would. He explained what he was going to do showed my husband. Everything gave us two options. We told him what we wanted. WOW !!! What a great experience…. Coil spring broke on garage door in the afternoon. Service was scheduled by phone and repair completed 1st thing in the morning. Watch their video online about the company. Their trucks are fully stocked with repair parts. Problem fixed without further downtime. ***Alan Ramirez*** was our service technician. What a knowledgeable clean neat pleasant young man. Employees make the company! His company is fortunate to have him on their team and should be proud how well he represents it.
