Alan arrived right on time and made efforts to repair our 28 year old openers but one was beyond repair and the other on it's last leg so we moved quickly to replacement. Alan thoroughly explained the issues and options. He had everything he needed on his truck and had both done openers and keypads and switches installed in just a few hours time. Was having a problem with my garage door opener. It opened the door ok but had to hold the wall button continuously for it to close. Called for service at 130pm. Matthew, I he rep. Arrived at 230 pm. Diagnosed issues was a bad sensor. Replaced both sensors, and door works fine now. All done by 330pm. Matthew was very professional, friendly and explained all options. No hard sales. Will use Precision again.

Our garage door keypad no longer functioned. I contacted Precision Garage Door Services to take a look. Precision Garage Door Services sent Luke Stachura the following day. Luke thoroughly reviewed the issue replacing the keypad and configured it with our opener. He then performed a PM service, and the door has never been quieter nor smoother in operation. Kevin, our serviceman, arrived within the promised time frame. He evaluated the problem with our garage door opener. Due to its age, repairing was not an option. He gave me a choice of three new openers that he had on his truck. Kevin installed a new one in about an hour. He explained clearly how to use it. He was knowledgeable and extremely personable. He cleaned up after the job and took away the old unit. We are very satisfied with our new opener.
