Precision Overhead Garage Door were new to me so my expectations were optimistic. Happily I can honestly say they performed amazingly, from the first call to book an appointment, which was painless and quick. They were very courteous on arrival, listened to my issues and then didd a full assessment of the problem, before making there recommendations. These were broken down into 3 options each of which was clearly explained as to cost/benefit. After agreeing on the best solution for me the work was carried out speedily and in the estimated time frame. All old materials were removed from the site and it was left clean and tidy. I couldn’t have been more pleased/satisfied with the service! Great job, thanks!

If I had to do the whole thing over again, I can't think of a single thing I would want to change...well, maybe having the manufacturer deliver the door a bit sooner. But even there, the delivery time was pretty much as expected. The installers were professional, friendly and more than happy to explain things in a way that even someone as technically challenged as myself could understand. The office staff was also helpful. They did all they could to accommodate my schedule. All things considered, a great experience.

AAMAZZZING!!! From the first phone call through the final installation, the customer service was truly outstanding. Our installer, Kevin, was friendly, knowledgeable, and gave us several options. Once we decided, he completed the installation in under 90 minutes and then took extra time to help us set up the keypad and mobile app. Kudos to Kevin, and thank you for making this such a seamless experience.

Tommy came by to fix our garage door motor and hardware -the day after a huge snow storm. He showed up on time, was incredibly knowledgeable, and walked us through our various options. He answered all of our questions and helped us make an informed decision. After he completed the installation, he walked us through programming a new code and showed us how to use everything. Can't imagine going with anyone else. Precision is the best!

I google reviewed Precision as well. My friend and neighbor recommended them to me. The ladies who set the appointment up couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. A specific technician, Alan Ramirez was recommended to me. He was phenomenal. Precision sent me remiinders for the appointment and kept me totally up to date as to when Alan would arrive. Alan diagnosed my issue and gave me different price options to resolve it. He then worked very hard for over an hour and installed a new motor, sensors, and key pads. He explained everything and helped me set up an app for it. The price was extremely reasonable. Wonderful experience from start to finish.

Service man came at the appropriate time but door unfortunately worked so he left but we called him 15 minutes and he came back and saw it was not functional and repaired it the same day We are considering doing our other 2 when weather is nicer Thanks again Judi

6:45 this morning I got in my car to leave for work but the garage wouldn’t open!!! I phoned Precision Garage door service and by 8:30 Shane was here! Shane evaluated the situation, walked me through the options and about an hour later it was all done!! He was fast courteous and knowledgeable!! I def recommend them!
