Dave did a very professional and proficient job. The repair exceeded my expectations. He even found several items that were dangerously worn and would have broken in the near future. Plus, he installed a safety cable to prevent a serious injury. He was very courteous and informative in showing me how to maintain the door system. Overall, Precision provided a very satisfying experience.

Technician Matt D was excellent. He called prior to arriving. Matt inspected the garage door spring, cable, the opener, pulleys other parts not broken. He explained what needed to be done along with several recommendations. Matt provided an estimate with a clear price. He seamlessly repaired the door quickly and efficiently. Another plus was Matt’s personality! Very satisfied!

John was wonderful. Found problem. Made proper recommendations without overselling (what I was worried about) and fixed issue in timley fashion. I went with cast iron pulleys instead of zinc plated (home depot) type per his recommendation...I felt this was a great idea as they'll last longer. John educated me on a couple of things too. Great employee. Congrats on your engagement!

I choose Precision because the company is registered with the BBB & has a rating of A+, has certified technicians whose picture & bio & reviews are in the website. George M was excellent. Very pleasant personality and very courteous. I'm very pleased with his work and installation of the garage door opener. I purchased the Liftmaster Elite Series 8550W after he explained to me the features & benefits of this model. He explained to me how it works. He also checked the cables, tracks, springs that moves the garage door. I'm giving 5*s to George M as well as ????
