Kevin Stasiak, a technician from Precision Door, showed up on time, diagnosed the existing door openers and provided options for upgrade as requested. John was wonderful. Found problem. Made proper recommendations without overselling (what I was worried about) and fixed issue in timley fashion. I went with cast iron pulleys instead of zinc plated (home depot) type per his recommendation...I felt this was a great idea as they'll last longer. John educated me on a couple of things too. Great employee. Congrats on your engagement!
