I purchased the Liftmaster Elite Series 8550W after he explained to me the features & benefits of this model. He explained to me how it works. Luke was your representative today. He called in the morning to introduce himself and stated the approx. time he would be at my house. Called again to announce he would be coming in 25 min and asked if that time was still OK. He was polite and professional and explained everything to me. He called to let me know when he expected to be at my home and then again when he was 10 minutes away. I was very impressed with your service from start to finish. I called about 4pm about a problem I was having and the representative I spoke with scheduled an appointment the very next day. I received an email confirmation of the appointment within a few minutes including pictures of the technicians so I would recognize the person who came. My technician, Gaetano, called shortly before arriving; something I really appreciate. He diagnosed the problem with my old garage door opener and laid out my options. I decided it was time for a new one especially since I wanted one of the newer features now available, a battery back-up. He installed it very quickly, cleaned everything up & removed the old opener. I'm very happy with the new one. It is much quieter than the old one and the battery back-up gives me some peace of mind.
