Luke was your representative today. He called in the morning to introduce himself and stated the approx. time he would be at my house. Called again to announce he would be coming in 25 min and asked if that time was still OK. He was polite and professional and explained everything to me. Discussed the options I had and proceeded to fix the problem. Definitely a 5 star.

I was very happy with the service and the work. Had Lou and Brian repair my garage door. Very courteous. He called to let me know when he expected to be at my home and then again when he was 10 minutes away. He worked quickly and recommended a package that would save me money in the long run and give me a guarantee on the parts.

I was very impressed with your service from start to finish. I called about 4pm about a problem I was having and the representative I spoke with scheduled an appointment the very next day. I received an email confirmation of the appointment within a few minutes including pictures of the technicians so I would recognize the person who came. My technician, Gaetano, called shortly before arriving; something I really appreciate. He diagnosed the problem with my old garage door opener and laid out my options. I decided it was time for a new one especially since I wanted one of the newer features now available, a battery back-up. He installed it very quickly, cleaned everything up & removed the old opener. I'm very happy with the new one. It is much quieter than the old one and the battery back-up gives me some peace of mind.

A friend referred Precision to me for garage door repair. I was so happy the customer service rep was able to book a service appointment for the next day when I called. The service technician, Kevin, was prompt and courteous and explained how everything worked before he left. I also liked that Kevin called the morning of the appointment giving a time frame for his arrival. I will definitely call Precision in the future!

I gave a call Sunday night because a spring literally snapped and I got someone over the very next morning. Although it was somewhat expensive, the price of the service and parts was negotiable. I choose Precision because the company is registered with the BBB & has a rating of A+, has certified technicians whose picture & bio & reviews are in the website. George M was excellent. Very pleasant personality and very courteous. I'm very pleased with his work and installation of the garage door opener. I purchased the Liftmaster Elite Series 8550W after he explained to me the features & benefits of this model. He explained to me how it works. He also checked the cables, tracks, springs that moves the garage door. I'm giving 5*s to George M as well as ????
