I have had a truly excellent experience today .your lady who responded to my phone call this morning was very polite and responsive to all my questions and also helpful in setting up my appointment the same day . The technician arrived on time , was pleasant, knowledgeable ,and explained my options. He then replaced my old opener with a new one , inserviced me and completed the job in one hour . Excellent .thank you to all .

From contact to completion the experience with Precision door was well above what other trades do. I was scheduled when i needed with a level of politeness most companies should try. I received a follow-up confirmation with whom my tech would be so I had a level of comfort. Vince called prior to arriving and showed up on time and was the perfect professional. He diagnosed my door, offered several solutions and completed the work in a timely and excellent fashion. Pricing was fair and the work perfect. My door never worked so well. I would highly recommend Precision to anyone.

I give Lou 5 stars. Company was very professional from time I called for appointment. Lou followed up promptly alerting me to when he would arrive as planned. Very courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. Solved my problem quickly and also did general exam of doors and hardware. Would recommend him and company without hesitation.

Precision did a great job to replace a damaged garage door spring. Brandon arrived on time and only took one hour to perform the replacement and also install theft protection devices on both door systems.
