When I moved into my condo, the keypad and garage door remotes were not working properly. I’m so glad that I contacted Precision Garage Door Service. John arrived promptly, assessed my situation, explained the problem with my system and clearly explained the possible options available. John installed a new system and also changed the rollers and springs. When done, he clearly demonstrated the new keypad and remote. I couldn’t believe how quietly the garage door now opened! The spring of my garage door was broken on Sunday. I found Precision Door Service online called them on Monday based on their good reviews. Precision was able to schedule someone to come on Tuesday. The technician Luigi arrived on time, he was courteous and able to clearly explain to me the problem. He fixed the door for me right away. He was great and very professional! I called to make the appointment and never gave my neighbor's name although we share a garage. For some reason, she was called today and her name was on the work order. I then called the office to give the technician my cell phone number as I waited in the garage. Apparently the information was not relayed to him. I am pleased with the technician's work but not with the communication from the office.

I had a new door and garage door opener installed on Wed. 4/8 at the River Renaissance Condos. Both men who worked on the installation were professional,explained features and set up,and did a good job of cleaning up. Both the person I share the garage with and I had trouble setting up our in car buttons for the garage door opener. My neighbor went to another of your workers the following day who graciously came, set up and explained to us the proceedure our specific cars. I would gladly recommend your company
