The service technician Ethan showed up right in time. After going over the problem with the garage door. We discussed three option that was offered. After picking which option Etan went right to work to fix and replace the damaged parts. Ethan spent a couple of hours and explained every step of the work. Upon completion we checked and double checked the door. Ethan then did a great job in cleaning up He is a true asset to your company

Service was arranged at the day of the request. David explains all the options, but did not try to sell anything. The work was done quickly and professionally. I was very pleased with the results. The price seems to me to be a bit high, but I have no objective criteria to assess this.

Well, we had a little mishap. After residing our garage, the garage door lock no longer worked. Getting an appointment was easy. Instead of a frustrating automated phone system, I quickly reached a helpful human who booked our appointment with only a 3-day wait. The servicing tech was in constant contact with texts and phone calls. He arrived on time, and fixed the problem. No drama. The customer service end is excellent.

Robert from Precision did a quick and superb job replacing the garage door motor, roller bearings, and cables, and also installed a remote keypad and camera. The difference in door operation is like night and day. I was very impressed with Precision. Their ease of scheduling, communication, and responsiveness was second to none. I strongly recommend them.

I have to say I have never seen a more professional operation glenn your service technician was great. Would not leave till all my questions were answered. Everything was cleaned up and taken away. I was having a problem with my opener and called on Sunday and you were able to fit me in. Never thought that would happen, and I would have to wait with my door open. You run a great operation

Tremendous service! Was in dire need of a repair to my garage door, which had slammed close & I could not open back up. You were able to get someone to fix it not too long after I had called. Ferdinand was friendly, polite, showed & explained what caused the issue & what had to be done to fix it. He was awesome! Your technician Chris called to provide about 30 minutes notice prior to arriving. Within 10 minutes, Chris indicated what necessary repairs were needed in order to get the door working properly. Within the hour, Chris completed the repair and took care of an issue that I should have addressed for the past year. I am glad to have contacted Precision and would not hesitate to use them again.
