I was in a tough spot! Garage door would not open or close properly late on a Friday night, when I had somewhere I needed to be quickly. And I know with lots of places it is tough to get Saturday service which meant I would have to take off time from work with little advance planning. I called and was so pleased to actually get to talk to a person and not an answering machine. This very helpful lady found a slot to get someone to me on Saturday. That morning David called and suggested he could come even earlier which was great news. He found the problem and fixed it right away. Everyone was so professional and helpful, and I am so relieved to have this problem resolved same day,

I have used Precision in past for a broken spring so when I had an issue with the garage door not fully opening I looked at their web page, like that they have a fully stocked truck, come out to service quickly, in my case 3 hours after I called. From rep handling my call to my service person, Kevin S were all friendly and courteous. So much that after Kevin completed his job and now late in day, I had a question, called Precision and they said they would have Kevin call me the next morning, and he did, again, very friendly and knowledgeable. Every thing about this company is top notch. I will say they are a bit expensive, but my emergency situation was handled the same day I called and to me it was all worth it.

The service was excellent from beginning to end—starting with Tammy’s initial sales call, to Monica’s scheduling of the installation appointment, to Faber’s and Andres’ completing the door and motor installation. They were professional, friendly, patient and very attentive to detail. We are very happy with the results!

He called ahead, arrived on time, explained everything in detail, and was extremely pleasant and professional. Employers find out all too often when things go wrong, but deserve to know when they go exceptionally right. The service was excellent in terms of timing and coming within the window 12-4, the technician was also great. The price for service was ridiculous. $700 for service/parts that cost $10 or less at Lowes. I have never paid more than $350 for it to be fixed so sadly we will be looking elsewhere next time. We asked if it was more bc it was a Sunday - technician said no, its just the company’s pricing.

The technician that came to my house to give me an estimate for repairs of my garage door or a new garage door was Tim Rainey. He was very friendly and explained in detail what my options were and answered all my questions. After I spoke to Tim I felt confident purchasing the door from Precision and am now waiting for the installation which he told me will be done in about three weeks. While he was at my home he was able to open the door that had broken so I now have access to the garage until it is replaced. I was happy to have dealt with Tim and happy I that chose Precision.

Dave did an excellent job of explaining what he was doing and at the end of the job he replaced all the storage shelves that were removed . He even explained how the door locks worked and didn't"t leave until we were comfortable with using the new doors.

Precision Garage doors was excellent from start to finish. They had great communication through texts, email and phone. The day of my service they came within the scheduled window which was appreciated and the team had the door replaced in under 2 hours. The door looks great including the trim. I would recommend them to anyone !
