My first experience with Precision was great. they let me know who was coming and when he would be here. Kevin called with an arrival time and arrived at that time. He listened to my explanation of the problem and then examined the door, parts, and the operator. then he fixed the problem.

This is the second time that we have used Precision. This go around we installed a new opener to replace the 14 yr old broken appliance. Tim explained in detail what options we had and when complete with the job even made sure that the HomeLink button in my car was set to go as well.
