First off, Five stars are not enough .Precision Garage Door company is the best Service tech Matthew Dewald is a true professional at his job, Nolagable helpful, just a great guy .worked through my problem with the other opener and said I should send it back work with Precision and worry free service, which I did and very happy. I will definitely highly recommend this company.

I am 100%, completely satisfied with the service from Precision; you guys rock! I had a new door installed by Dave and he did a great job (even on a very hot and muggy day)! Thanks Dave : ) And then there was a slight adjustment needed on the locking mechanism and Kyle did a great job in fixing that for me. Thanks Kyle : ) From the office staff to the two knowledgeable technicians, I had an excellent customer experience with Precision Doors! I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of their service! Thanks again to everyone at Precision!!!

Was just playing with our new opener. So much better than the old noise maker. Ryan and his coworker were very professional. They got the install completed without delay. Grateful that Ryan gave me the run through on using new controller and app feature. We know who to call when it's time for the second garage door opener needs replacement.
