We needed a new garage door opener when our current one failed. Vincent D. was our tech. He explained what we needed and was friendly and professional. When we needed additional service a few weeks later (the door did not come down all the way) he came back to fix it. I have used this company twice, for 2 different garage doors. Both techs were knowledgable and friendly. I think they are a little pricey but they are reliable and prompt. Their product is grade A (Liftmaster ) and in this case you get what you pay for.

The follow up email confirmed the appointment and sent me the name along with a picture of the technician who would be fixing my garage door. Rob Z. was able to easily diagnose and fix the garage door. Care was taken to make sure the door was adjusted and the coils were safely replaced. I highly recommend Precision.
