Such great, prompt and courteous service beginning with making the appointment! We thought the damage was a lot worse then it was but Alan was able to fix it with no issues. He is very professional and knowledgeable. Did a full inspection and made sure multiple times before leaving everything was working. I’d fully recommend him and the service!

I saw a door being put in and started asking questions. Mathew took my # and called a short time after. Someone would come by in less than an hour, he did and measured. I signed the contract. When the door was put in, it looked great. Clean up was perfect. Everyone was so accomadating. Thanks for the great job. You have great people working for your business.

We needed a new garage door opener when our current one failed. Vincent D. was our tech. He explained what we needed and was friendly and professional. When we needed additional service a few weeks later (the door did not come down all the way) he came back to fix it. I have used this company twice, for 2 different garage doors. Both techs were knowledgable and friendly. I think they are a little pricey but they are reliable and prompt. Their product is grade A (Liftmaster ) and in this case you get what you pay for.

This company provided professional and courteous service from beginning to end. It was fast and easy to schedule an appointment. The follow up email confirmed the appointment and sent me the name along with a picture of the technician who would be fixing my garage door. Rob Z. was able to easily diagnose and fix the garage door. Care was taken to make sure the door was adjusted and the coils were safely replaced. I highly recommend Precision.
