Matt came out today and was very nice, explained everything to me. I was hoping that it would just be a repair job but due to the age of the door. And the way it was made over 60 years ago the rollers were built into the panels there was no way to repair it . Matt took the time to explain and point out where other parts were ready to break also due to the age of the door. Todays visit was an estimate and a door is being ordered. Should be in in a couple of weeks for installation.

Backup battery needed to be replaced. Sean arrived exactly on time, did the job quickly, replaced a lightbulb and 2 slightly worn cables (under warranty). I was pleased with the service and the cost.

I recently purchased a Garage door from "Precision". It was a pleasant experience from beginning to end. Vince was the Sales Rep, Kyle did the measurements and Marc installed the door. They were all courteous, efficient and professional and Marc did a great job with the installation.

Luke was my Technician for my garage door rebuild. Of course I didn't know what was actually needed to get my door in shape. Luke explained and demonstrated the issues with my door. I at no time felt that he was "up selling" or anything like that. My door went from being a loud, heavy two-handed load to a one hand operation if I so desire. The door is quiet and does not go slamming to the ground as it did prior to Luke's work. Luke called prior to arrival with his ETA. He was on time, very nice and respectful. I tend to have questions and like to see what is actually being done. He was very open to explaining what was going on with my door and what needed to be done. I was very comfortable with him and didn't feel the need to check on him. He left the area as he found it. I will without a doubt use this company again.

Precision installed my garage door opener a few years ago and I knew they were reliable. When my garage door wouldn't open I automatically called them I spoke to a live person who scheduled me right away. I asked for a call to let me know when they'd arrive and Eric called with an estimated arrival time. He was quite accurate. He had Dan, a trainee with him. They were pleasant a d were able to make the repair quickly. I was very pleased with the service
