Rob was very courteous and professional. I was quoted that the cost for the garage door spring would be $210.00. Rob said the cost was actually $410 or $420. I asked why it was doubled. The person on the phone only quoted price of spring. I had reported when I called yesterday it was the spring and cable. Rob said the spring was twisted and had to be cut. The cable was another price plus the safety mechanism had to be repaired. He worked with me and saved me approximately $25.00 by asking if I was a AAA member and if I would by check. I said yes to both so cost was $386.30.

I called Precision Garage Door Service to fix my garage door on a Saturday during the winter, meaning it was an emergency as I didn't want to leave my car outdoors. Their service was outstanding. From the first phone call to the repair service, Precision showed a remarkable customer service. The reason why I am giving four stars, it's because I felt the service was way overpriced. As a comparison, I did a similar service in my previous home garage door 2 years ago and paid less than 1/3 of the price. That other company was not available to do the emergency service for me today.

Service and install was very good and all parties I dealt with very very nice and professional. Would have given 5 stars but they did not sweep up after installing the new door - debris on the garage floor and found a large screw in the driveway. Did not want to run over that.

Tammy,Faber and Kyle were all very courteous and professional.There was a little bit of a mixup but we were able to get it rectified. We are pretty easy going but in the end my wife is happy with her automatic door opener and I am happy with the tight seal around the door.There is a teaching lesson to be learned here.I would hope that the company,maybe during your safety meetings,allows all employees to discuss different jobs and how to make them go smoother. We are very happy with our new door and opener.Thanks

Service was prompt. Called in the morning and the technician arrived in the afternoon. Identified the problem and solved it. Technician (Luke) was courteous and professional. I did think the price for the job (safety sensors replaced) was fairly high but I did agree to it up front.
