Excellent technicians professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They show up on time and communicate with you. I would’ve given 5 stars except for having to deal with a call center to get to a local office. I had to speak to 3 different people using the 800 number…..they were clueless until I finally got to my local office to book an appointment for maintenance.

I had Precision Garage Door replace the bottom rubber seals on my two garage doors. The technician was professional, arrived on time, and did a quality job installing the new seals. He also took the time to inspect the doors, explain a few other issues he noticed, and answered my questions without being pushy. I appreciated his knowledge and the quality of the workmanship. The only downside is the pricing. Precision’s services are definitely on the expensive side compared to other companies. While I’m satisfied with the work that was completed, I would recommend getting a few quotes beforehand if cost is an important consideration. Overall, a good experience with excellent service, but be prepared to pay a premium

We have been a customer of Precision for over 10 years. They offer quick response, have good level of communication from onset through repair. The current issue with a broken spring on one of the doors offered several levels of repair to both the immediate issue and also long term fixes for the future of that door as well as our second door. The technician was thorough, explained what issue existed and probable future issues to one or both doors. Ultimately we decided to do the least amount of repair, the one that allowed the door to become functional now, and hopefully will have several years of usage before any other repairs might be needed. The only issue we had was the very costly 3 options that were originally presented: good, better, best. At a vulnerable time to do a repair, the costs seemed very high. So we chose the most "watered down" repair to get the door working. When we need to address future repairs, we hope to be better prepared with the costs and offerings, as we will do our homework and "shop around" other servers.

I found Precision Overhead Garage Door via an internet search. I recognized the company logo as I have seen their vehicles in my area before, and at this time I was in need of a garage door repair. One night while watching TV, a sudden and loud bang was heard. It turned out the main spring and cables broke and snapped. The next day while viewing the Precision's informative website, I was able to make an appointment on line for same day service. Technicians Tom and Joshua were assigned to my repair. They contacted me via phone with an ETA, and upon arrival they were able to inspect the door thoroughly and provided a itemized estimate of what needs to be repaired with parts and labor, and gave me several options on how I could proceed where I can make an informed decision going forward. They were professional in their demeanor and appearance. As it turned out I was able to have the necessary repairs made that day as Precision not only has a well equipped company truck, but they accept various forms of payment. A week later, the door is running smoothly and much quieter. Thanks Precision!

This service was for a follow up for the garage door I replaced last year. Recently the door was operating a little more louder so I needed it to be checked. The technician evaluated all of the components and advised I replace some of the parts to enable quieter operation. I authorized the work and am totally satisfied with the result which took less than an hour to complete including additional lubrication. The only reason I rated 4 stars vs 5 stars is the cost was a little more than expected.

I chose Precision Overhead because of the 24 hour service. I was not only unable to open the garage but locked out of the front door. I was disappointed to learn I'd have to wait till the next day but early the next morning I received a phone call from a lovely woman who moved my appointment up to that morning. Killian McKnight arrived on time, figured out the problem and waited with us until the locksmith arrived so he could inspect the whole mechanism. He was professional, personable and knowledgeable. What a great combination. I highly recommend your company

Service was prompt. Called in the morning and the technician arrived in the afternoon. Identified the problem and solved it. Technician (Luke) was courteous and professional. I did think the price for the job (safety sensors replaced) was fairly high but I did agree to it up front.

Rob was very courteous and professional. I was quoted that the cost for the garage door spring would be $210.00. Rob said the cost was actually $410 or $420. I asked why it was doubled. The person on the phone only quoted price of spring. I had reported when I called yesterday it was the spring and cable. Rob said the spring was twisted and had to be cut. The cable was another price plus the safety mechanism had to be repaired. He worked with me and saved me approximately $25.00 by asking if I was a AAA member and if I would by check. I said yes to both so cost was $386.30.

I called Precision Garage Door Service to fix my garage door on a Saturday during the winter, meaning it was an emergency as I didn't want to leave my car outdoors. Their service was outstanding. From the first phone call to the repair service, Precision showed a remarkable customer service. The reason why I am giving four stars, it's because I felt the service was way overpriced. As a comparison, I did a similar service in my previous home garage door 2 years ago and paid less than 1/3 of the price. That other company was not available to do the emergency service for me today.
