Tammy,Faber and Kyle were all very courteous and professional.There was a little bit of a mixup but we were able to get it rectified. We are pretty easy going but in the end my wife is happy with her automatic door opener and I am happy with the tight seal around the door.There is a teaching lesson to be learned here.I would hope that the company,maybe during your safety meetings,allows all employees to discuss different jobs and how to make them go smoother. We are very happy with our new door and opener.Thanks

All of our motors broke on the same day. Precision got us someone within a day. Ferdinand arrived early and was great. He was so nice and patient and really took care of all of our needs. We now have the quietest garage doors ever!

Used Precision Garage doors for repair needed. Nice work, friendly staff but repair was a bit pricey for the work performed.

Didn't get to finish! Cleaned the tracks for the new rollers. He was careful about health safety necessary at this time and polite; answered questions. Hopefully it will all work well for the years ahead! (Not sure if the first part of this went through) but just mentioned I ended up with new rollers that I'm not sure were necessary at this time but hopefully they will be efficient for the years ahead.

Emergency situation and the technician, John, was able to come out on a cold rainy Sunday with short notice. He explained everything, was able to close the stuck garage door and suggested we replace it. Definitely 5 star service, but I deducted 1 star because the quote for the new door was considerably higher than we were able to find elsewhere.

Very friendly and knowledgeable but don’t work on EZ Torsion doors, so fixed the unraveled cables and re-tensioned springs myself.

Very pleased - installation by Sam and his associate was perfect. On time, professional, communicated well & helped me to reset car connection with door opener. Slight problem with work process: Cleanup ! Styrofoam packing of door left many small foam pieces on garage floor & part of driveway. They should have been vacuumed upon completion of the job but were not.

Unfortunately I am looking to replace my current 30 year old single panel tilt door and Glenn informed me that you do not carry that style door. I just did a garage door repair on one of my doors. Technician said I needed to replace all the hardware, but didn't need to replace the doors which could be sanded down & re-painted at a later date. It was still more expensive than I was expecting, but technician was prompt and explained what needed to be done.
