Didn't get to finish! Cleaned the tracks for the new rollers. He was careful about health safety necessary at this time and polite; answered questions. Hopefully it will all work well for the years ahead! (Not sure if the first part of this went through) but just mentioned I ended up with new rollers that I'm not sure were necessary at this time but hopefully they will be efficient for the years ahead.

Emergency situation and the technician, John, was able to come out on a cold rainy Sunday with short notice. He explained everything, was able to close the stuck garage door and suggested we replace it. Definitely 5 star service, but I deducted 1 star because the quote for the new door was considerably higher than we were able to find elsewhere.

Very pleased - installation by Sam and his associate was perfect. On time, professional, communicated well & helped me to reset car connection with door opener. Slight problem with work process: Cleanup ! Styrofoam packing of door left many small foam pieces on garage floor & part of driveway. They should have been vacuumed upon completion of the job but were not.

I just did a garage door repair on one of my doors. Technician said I needed to replace all the hardware, but didn't need to replace the doors which could be sanded down & re-painted at a later date. It was still more expensive than I was expecting, but technician was prompt and explained what needed to be done.

Awesome technician did a great job. Professional, clean, explained everything clearly. When scheduling, know there is a charge just for the appointment, and be sure to ask how much additional charge for parts beyond the motor of a new garage door opener. My own fault for not asking, but I felt a little blindsided by the final bill.

I get a lot of advertising from your company and at the same times I get advertising from Door To Door. I have used your company a total of 3 times now (each time $600 plus), although expensive I have been very satisfied with the work done and the technicians that did it, as well as the fast and prompt service. However, I find your advertising to be very misleading in a lot of ways. For example, who knew that the waiving of the service fee when the installation of a new garage door opener was done was considered a promotion and or discount, thereby disallowing me the $50.00 off coupon for any Liftmaster opener??!! The technician Tommy called the office and all they would give me was $25.00 not $50.00. It does not make sense Also, did I get the free trolley shield mentioned below? And what about the Senior Citizen Discount. Please be sure Owner Doug sees this review, otherwise I will call him as the email suggests. Thx.

Phil did a great job installing new torsion springs and a new garage opener. Unfortunately, I didn't get the opportunity to review the detailed quote prior to agreeing to perform the work. My mistake, I should have asked. If I had reviewed the details, I would have declined the installation of 12 new nylon rollers at a cost of $276. As a senior on fixed income, this was an expense I didn't need to incur.

I had my garage doors installed in 2006 by Precision. Even at that time they had great prices, quick service and did excellent work. Recently (Dec 2018) a cable was broke and the bracket for the track fell off the ceiling, so the track was hanging and the garage door was jammed. This happened at 4:45PM. I called Precision and by 5PM they dispatched a technician over. Eric was onsite at 5:45PM and in one hour he completed the repairs. Amazing that within 2 hours from onset of problem to back to normal. I took off 1 star as Precision did not have my records from 2006 and I had to show my receipts/work orders for the install done in 2006. Luckily I am organized and I have all my paperwork filed.

Kyle showed up promptly, called to notify us that he was there (as we were out at the time), and in a few hours, had installed the garage door by himself (!). He disposed of the old garage door -- which was a heavy wooden one -- cleaned up well, called to notify us he was done, and barely left any trace that he was there. We're pleased with the experience and workmanship so far (after a few weeks), and hoping that this door lasts a long time. A job well done (...but ask me again in 6 months). ;-)
