Just wanted to give a shout out to Precision, especially to their garage door expert Luke who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He was really patient and answered all of my questions without hesitation. He taught me the difference between certain products and was able to guide me in the right direction for making the best choice in materials. Thank you for coming out the same day I called.

To be honest I can't remember why we purchased a Precision Garage Door because it was in 2007 and I had it looked at by one of your Service Professionals. No reason figured it runs so well I didn't want to neglect it and have issues. Chris K. my service professional couldn't believe how well my Precision Door has treated us. It's a odd length door never an issue as you see with a lesser product. I live a distance from Precision and not a factor. Chris recommended the checkup practicing Covid19 protocol from start to finish. Precision is just that!
