We have been satisfied customers for many years. Ryan came out Sunday afternoon analyzed the multiple problems with the warn hardware on our door which included a broken spring. After showing me the result of his analysis he gave me his proposal to repair my garage door. Once I gave him my approval he went directly to work without a moments hesitation. He demonstrated his expertise without a moments hesitation. I found him to be a fine young man: very polite, knowledgeable, and progressional.

As always, I was satisfied with the courtesy and professional response I received from Precision. This repair was more complex than I expected and Sean was able to explain the repair and possible problems I might have in the future with the operation of my present door. I opted for a new garage door and again Sean explained what choices I had. I am satisfied I made the right decision to replace my current door. We have been customers of Precision for many years. Today Ryan Patrick Murphy was the serviceman. Everything was so easy from making a convenient appointment to the text instructions introducing Ryan. He called ahead, was punctual, thoroughly explained what the door problem was and my options for fixing it. Before he left, Ryan cleaned up all the cartons and packing debris . He even saw a tiny screw and then took me through the instruction of my new system. I would recommend Precision to anyone.

Such great, prompt and courteous service beginning with making the appointment! We thought the damage was a lot worse then it was but Alan was able to fix it with no issues. He is very professional and knowledgeable. Did a full inspection and made sure multiple times before leaving everything was working. I’d fully recommend him and the service!

The tech (Ethan) was very helpful. He inspected and explained all the elements of my 35 year old system and outlined all my alternatives and what they would cost. In the end I had him do the minimum to get the door working again, although he recommended some additional work. After thinking about it, I will have him return to do some of that work. He was clear about the safety issues involved, but there was no hard sell and I appreciated that. I would have no hesitation about recommending Precision (and Ethan)

When my old garage door motor died, I needed help immediately. I called and actually got a live operator at 9:30 at night. Precision sent a repairman the next morning. My repairman was James Nicoll who was friendly, courteous and professional. He answered all my questions (there were alot) replaced everything that needed to be replaced, and came back the next day to adjust some things so they were exactly right. He could not have been more friendly or helpful. I would work with him anytime.
