Kevin notified me that he was on his way, well within the anticipated time frame. He was very polite, knowledgeable and efficient. Within a few minutes he notified me that I needed a new opener. The current one was very old. He gave me pricing for a new opener and installation. Because the pricing was very high, I temporarily declined until I had time to evaluate my options.

Saw truck in my development and needed garage door looked at so decided to try Precision. Very pleased from initial phone call to text messages to tech arriving. Garage needed rebuild of hardware from wear and tear. It was completed same time after assessment in a timely manner. Chris K. Five years ago I had a Precision technician replace a logic board in an old chain opener. Today I decided to upgrade to a new belt drive opener. Both times the Precision technicians were courteous and speedy in their tasks, and they readily answered any questions I had. I recommend this company if you want things done to your satisfaction.

I was having a problem with my garage door opener and did not know who to call. I took a chance and did a google search. I found Precision and gave them a call. The woman answered the phone was extremely warm and professional. She advised that she could have a tech out to my home within the next few hours. A few hours later John Delpiu arrived. He was very friendly and explained what he believed to be my problem. He also did a thorough inspection and pointed out some potential issues. My door opener was well over 16 years old. He was able to do a minor repair and get the door to work. As a result of his expertise and time to explain every detail I agreed to have a new opener installed and new weatherstripping. He was an excellent installer explaining as he went and answering all of my numerous questions. At the end he went over the operation and even set up my wife’s csr so it would open the door as well. I would recommend Precision to all and give an extra five stars to John. Thank you very much!! Rich Falcone

Tom Sackmann did a great job repairing my second garage door (Kevin S. did the first one and he was great too!) Tom was professional, entertainingly funny and talkative, and worked fast and efficiently. If I were you, I would give him a raise and use him to train other installers about how to deal with customers. It was a joy having him do the work on my garage door today. Thanks for sending a great tech who did great work!

Thank you for the repairs to my garage doors. Your employee John Delpiu was perfectly on time and so attentive to the problems that I have been having. He resolved all of my issues and explained three different approaches to how he would make the repairs. He kept me informed and demonstrated how everything worked. He was patient and personable. I would hope that he has a long career with your company!.. It is very hard to find people like him who are such an asset to ones business and their reputation as a company. THANK YOU AGAIN!

Cable broke. Tech Gedas Bruce was very thorough in his inspection and showed me what he found that he recommended be replaced. He was very professional and courteous as he explained the recommendations. After completing the repairs and cleaning up, went over complete operation of the system with me. I would highly recommend Gedas, for professionalism and knowledge.

Orentino was my Tech. He was excellent! He asked me questions about the circumstances before and after my issue occurred to fully understand the problem before offering a solution. He answered all my questions in a knowledgeable manner. He buttoned up all issues that were directly and non directly related to my problem. Spring broke last night after putting the second car in. It's a large old wooden door to a 2 car garage.....weighs 450 lbs. Both cars now trapped and no way can the door be opened manually. Called Precision first thing in the morning. Response was excellent, they arrived in less than 3 hours. Ferdinand gives me a couple of alternatives and the repair is completed and doors are working in about 90 minutes. I was impressed with Ferdinand's knowledge, expertise and professional manner. Also really appreciated the prompt response.

Mr R. Zuniga contacted me within 20 minutes of his arrival time. He came masked up and ready. I talked...he listened, and his listening wasn't like " yeah..huh- ha...sure- let's get to the price and material". Mr. Zuniga was very professional and quiet while working. He was mindful of his surroundings, made you feel comfortable and confident with as a person and his abilities. (not yelling) THEY WORK ON SATURDAYS. 1st time home owner and he and the company was the very best [exhale] breath I ever released. No pushy sales/tech experience. I didn't time the work...so let's say it took him the better of 1-2 hrs start to finish. I recommend Precision with high marks.
