I chose Precision because they have serviced my garage door before and always did a great job. This Genie garage door motor and system that they installed today replaces the one that they installed 12+ years ago. Their products are great and last a long time. Sean, the technician, was very knowledgeable, professional, thorough, neat and pleasant. He did the work, explained everything to me, helped me set up a new code for the new outdoor keypad. Very happy with the prompt response and Alan was great. I booked the appointment online late Sunday night and Alan was at my house the next day at noon. We needed a new motor and springs, in a couple of hours he was finished and set up remotes, keypad and garage app. He was friendly and informative.
