John was great. He was personable and knowledgeable. He arrived within the stated time, analyzed the situation, gave an estimate and repaired our garage door opener. Very positive experience. Only one thing: he did try to call me twice to update his arrival time but I did not answer the phone because I thought it was spam. I was not familiar with the number appearing on my caller ID, and it came thru as "Outbound Call". You might want to change your ID information to include your company name. Thank you.

Overall a great business from call to work performed. The only thing I wasn’t thrilled with is when the rollers were all serviced on my door with whatever lubricant is used, overspray gets all over. A towel used below or behind where the spray is being applied would be a nice gesture so it’s controlled on what it gets on. Other than that, no issues. Thanks

I called on a Saturday. My call was answered promptly. I explained that my opener was 35 years old and wanted to replace it. A service call was set up at my convenience. The night before I received an email and a text reminding me of the appointment. That morning I received a picture of the technician who would be coming to my house followed by a call from the technician that he was on his way. Xavi Ramirez arrived shortly after. He reviewed the options that I had explaining the pluses and minuses. We selected the operator and the options that we wanted. He went to work. When complete he went over how everything worked and programmed my car control. He asked if we had any questions. The service was prompt, neat, clean, and professional. I couldn’t ask for more. Well done!

I just received outstanding service. The repair representative called ahead and arrived on time. He was extremely kind and professional - explaining everything without being condescending. He worked quickly and efficiently in 85-degree heat without complaining. (I could not offer him ice water because I had no power, but he assured me he was okay.) He completely fixed the problem and left me his card, should there be future issues. I was very impressed with him and, therefore, your company. Thank you!
