i had a precision garage door installed abt two years ago and have been very happy with our new door. the sales, service dept and installation techs are are not only efficient and knowledgeable but also personable and respectful, much appreciated in this day and age. they just replaced one of our remotes and checked the motor to make sure it was just a problem with the remote.

I was concerned that my Precision Garage door might have developed a draft but could not see any gaps or other reasons for leakage. The technician visit was easy/timely to arrange. The technician arrived timely. He spent a while examining the operation of my door in detail. Then because there was nothing to fix Precision elected to waive the charge for the visit. Wow!

The technician called me in my ohone at 7:30 am today saying he will arrive at 8:00 am. He arrived at my house at 8:03 am. He stared the work and finished after 35 minutes. They installed a garage door trolley or support to ptevent the door from sagging. There was no charge for this service.

Had my garage door motor and opener replaced. Very professional operation. You don't wait long for appointment (next day for me, a non-emergency), they work on weekends at no extra charge, and the tech calls you before coming. They also text and email you a picture and bio of tech before they arrive. Our tech, Rob, did a great job. Diagnosed the problem and did the job quickly and efficiently. Also adhered to strict covid precautions, which was much appreciated. This is a great company and a pleasure to work with.

I had damage to my garage door and Ryan Murphy was highly professional and knowledgeable in assessing the extent of the damage and explaining the options. your installers were terrific. They explained what they were going to do. When the finished they showed me how everthing worked. They programed the outdoor keypan and made sure everything was working properly. All the while they were courteous responsive and appeared to genuinely enjoy the work they were doing. couldn't see the smile on their faces due to the masks they were wearing dut to the pandemic. In addition to the new garage door I also purchased and they installed a new garage door opener.

I needed to replace 2 garage doors with tracks and openers. From my first call to Precision Doors until the installer left, the customer service I was provided was first rate. I honestly can't remember the last time ANY company provided customer service like this. I called Precision Doors to make an appt. and was greeted with by a very pleasant person. I made an appt. to meet with the designer/estimator (Tammy). A follow up email and text was sent to me providing some background information on Tammy, time of arrival and picture so I knew who to expect. Tammy called me when she was on her way to my home. Protective gear was worn and she stayed a social distance, which made me comfortable knowing they are taking the same precautions as myself during the Covid virus outbreak. The price was fair and I made a decision on the spot to move forward with the purchase (and yes, I know that I should have searched around...but I didn't). When the doors were ready, I received a call to schedule install. The same process was followed as above. I knew who was arriving, when, and with a picture. Same personal protective measures were used. Sam was awesome! He was extremely polite, answered all of my questions, but most importantly installed the door railing, doors and door openers perfectly. Cleaned up everything, nothing for me to do but to now enjoy my beautiful new garage doors. For anyone shopping around, even if a price may be lower elsewhere, I can guarantee you will not receive the same service Precision Doors provided to me. BTW - I am not a relative or friend, I do not know anyone who works at Precision Doors, and I was not paid to write this, or receive a discount. I am truly a satisfied customer that had an exceptional experience and feel that when service is great a company should be recognized for their efforts.
