Called Precision as they were recommended by a neighbor. After my call, their response and follow-up was completely expeditious. Technician Jonathan quickly identified the door's closing problem and did great job replacing my old motor unit with a new one. He was also extremely helpful with setting our cars' openers with new codes, etc. I have to say that Precision exceeded my expectations for fixing my garage door problem.

Intermittent garage door closing problem. Kevin was here on time at the earliest part of the 10-2 window. He presented the options clearly and professionally and completed the job very quickly. Tried all the parts to make sure they were working, including remotes before he completed the transaction. Would recommend this company highly.

The technician listened carefully as I explained the problem. He advised me of the remedy and explained the cost. Also explained that for a little additional $$$ he could check while system since he was already here for service call and thus I wouldn’t incur another service call to have entire system checked. I said yes to check whole system, which he did, and remedied situations before they became problems. Very knowledgeable, very pleasant. Very skilled. Great customer experience. I will always use Precision and will recommend Precision to others.

Great service. I called late on a Tuesday and they were able to come the next morning. I like that the tech calls you prior to arriving at your house. Had to have the motor replaced for one of my garage door openers. The service tech was terrific. He explained my options and the cost for each. Very professional service from start to finish.
