Thomas Sackmann was our technician. He did a great job, was very neat with the workplace, and the job met our expectations. We needed a new Liftmaster opener after our old opener of 20+ years had a failure with a part they do not make any more. Thomas explained everything about the new opener and did the initial setup with us. He is a nice guy, very courteous and professional. The whole experience with Precision Garage Door was great. The door designer came out to review our requirements and provide an estimate shortly after we contacted Precision. He was prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable. He explained the timing to order, timing to deliver the new door and opener, and advised how long it would take to install once delivered. I had the written estimate the next day. Precision was the best price we received for a door and opener. Our order came in the time frame they advised. We set up installation for the next day. The installer arrived on time, explained what he would be doing, and about how long it would take. He worked non-stop on a cold day and finished within the time estimate provided. He demonstrated how the new opener worked and gave us our remote openers. A pleasant and efficient worker. The whole experience could not have gone better. We are very pleased with our new door and opener, and with the service Precision provided. All contracted services should go that smoothly.

After doing some research I picked Precision Garage Door Service for replacing our 2 garage doors (over the Costco provider who was very competitive). After waiting for nearly 6 weeks, I was very excited that these were installed yesterday. Sadly 3 panels in my bigger double garge door were damaged! I was informed by the garage technician (who was very professional and polite btw) that he has filed a complaint that the replacement panels will take another 6-7 weeks! Also one of the the side trim strips was missing and the tech has now installed a white one (instead of a dark brown one) as an interim fix! it was quite disappointing to say the least. Even more surprising that no one from the company customer service bothered to even call and provide context / apologize for this poor service.

My garage door stopped working and Tyler was amazing in getting it fixed. He communicated with me throughout the day so that I knew when he would be arriving. He was courteous and thoroughly explained the issues and my options to repair. He never tried to push me to spend more money or fix more than what was necessary. He completed the job quickly and it came out perfect. He then walked me through everything he did to show me all the new parts and how it was working. Garage door has never been smoother or quieter. Tyler was also impressively neat. The garage was cleaner when he left than it was when he got there. Tyler was a pleasure to work with, true professional and a great guy. Highly recommend!!

The spring on my garage door broke, which made it unusable. I contacted Precision and they had a technician at my home the same day! Luke Stachura, the service technician, arrived with a smile and was as friendly as can be! He immediately diagnosed the issue(s), provided me with a fair price and immediately got to work. Luke explained everything to me and it was apparent he really knew his stuff! The issue was resolved quickly and the garage door is functioning better than ever! Tommy our repairman was excellent!! Also, I am not sure if it was luck, but the response from Precision was swift. Tommy was at our house well within the time frame we were given. He offered us different options to select from for the repair of our automatic garage door. He was very professional and once he fixed the door, he didn’t just leave fast. He ensured the door was working properly multiple times in front of us. The door even closes smoother than before. We totally recommend Precision! And much thanks to Tommy!
