This review is to commend Precision Door Service and its very able employee David Paz. I was happy to learn that I could get service on the Saturday of a holiday weekend. And David was knowledgeable, hardworking, and friendly. He answered any questions I had and gave me a few maintenance tipS as well. I was very happy with his service and the virtually new condition my garage door is in. I will not hesitate to call Precision Door should I require their help or recommend them to family and friends. Thank you again for competent and reliable service.

Dave was an awesome guy. He was here early and explained everything. He worked patiently during heavy rain and a thunderstorm. He checked everything out , gave me my options, and installed a new opener. I lucked out a coupon came in the mail the day before so I saved some money. Dave was one of the most polite and courteous technicians I’ve had. I would recommend this company to everyone!

Kevin from Precision Garage Door Service came out to look at my garage door that no longer opened. He quickly identified the problem and suggested solutions. After he replaced the springs and rollers the garage door opened more smoothly and quietly that it had done in years! I am very pleased with the work and highly recommend Kevin and Precision.

When my LiftMaster garage door needed repair/new springs, I looked up authorized dealers online and contacted Precision Door. I was very pleased with their service. They came the next day and worked with me to replace the springs and other needed parts at a reasonable price. Their technician Matt was extremely personable and knowledgeable. Another great experience with Precision. We ran into one of the sensors in our garage on a Sunday. I didn't think anyone would answer when I called. Customer service was helped me schedule an appointment asap. Kevin was professional, respectful, knowledgeable and efficient. He fixed the sensor and remounted both sensors further away from the ground which makes it easier for me to back out of my garage without hitting it. I really appreciated the service and highly recommend.

I called overhead to come out and look at my garage door and they said they couldn’t fix it and needed a whole new door. I called Precision and they had my garage door opened and fixed in 30 mins. Chris was awesome, he saw the issue, troubleshooted and resolved it. I won’t be calling overhead anymore, thank you Chris and Precision!

I was thoroughly impressed how professional Faber & Andre where when they showed up today…(right on time) to complete the installation of my Prescision Garage Door. Everything from start to finish was done with speed and accuracy. I was given personal instructions from Faber on all aspects of the usage and care of the (3 remotes), outside unit, and instructions that came with me unit. And I was really impressed how quiet the Lift Master unit itself was first put into use. All this work was completed in just under 3 hours performed by just two technicians. I had a wonderful experience with Precision Overhead Garage Door Service this morning. Booking was extremely easy, and they did a great job communicating with me in advance of the day of service. The service window was 8AM-12PM, and they texted me just after 8AM to let me know they would be there at 9. They also sent the name of the technician and a picture of him so I would know who to expect. Kevin Stasiak arrived promptly at 9AM, quickly and coherently laid out what he was going to do, how the process would work, etc. Within 10 minutes he had come up with a plan of action, and gave me four different solutions to choose from, clearly laying out the differences between the options in terms of the technical details as well as the price. He answered all my questions thoroughly and after I made my choice he went right to work. He completed the repairs/installed the new motor and system within an hour, and then showed me exactly how to work everything. He stayed there while I tested everything out to make sure it worked and I knew what I was doing. Kevin was awesome, both technically and personally. We chatted for a few moments about our families and it was a very pleasant experience having him work on our garage door. 10/10 would recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door Service and Kevin specifically.
