I was in a tough spot! Garage door would not open or close properly late on a Friday night, when I had somewhere I needed to be quickly. And I know with lots of places it is tough to get Saturday service which meant I would have to take off time from work with little advance planning. I called and was so pleased to actually get to talk to a person and not an answering machine. This very helpful lady found a slot to get someone to me on Saturday. That morning David called and suggested he could come even earlier which was great news. He found the problem and fixed it right away. Everyone was so professional and helpful, and I am so relieved to have this problem resolved same day,

I am not easily impressed by service companies having owned one for 30 years, but this company was fantastic. They came when they said they would come. The tech (James) was polite, knowledgeable, informative, he made me aware of my options and never tried to oversell me. He quoted me a price before he started. He worked quickly, methodically, neatly and checked twice to make sure the installation was flawless and that I understood how to use the new opener. 5 star company and 5 star technician (James Nicoli).

We had an excellent experience with Precision last week. We called and explained what we needed a new door, motor, parts for our garage in our new home. Precision arranged for a visit to give us an estimate. Tommy arrived on time talked us through the process, gave us a very fair estimate and even recommended that we didn't need to replace our door and they could make our current door work just fine. One week later he returned to install a motor, replace all the parts and made the door safe and operable and ready to use. He was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Tommy completed the job in around 2 hours and took extra time to make sure I understood how the door worked, safety features etc. He was also mindful and cleaned up all of the debris from the install when he was done. The company provides excellent communication when confirming appointments, tracking the technicians arrival etc. Tommy went above and beyond to make sure that the install went perfectly. We really appreciate the service and will refer our friends and family to Precision because of our positive experience with Tommy and the customer service representative over the phone.

First of all let me say the I chose Precision because I have used them in the past and always completely satisfied. Yesterday was no exception, James the service tech diagnosed the problem quickly and efficiently. He resolved the issue and was very personable. James explained everything that he was doing to me and offered three options regarding the problem. He went above and beyond in my opinion and as a matter of fact I would/will request him if/when I use Precision again in the future.

I have used Precision in past for a broken spring so when I had an issue with the garage door not fully opening I looked at their web page, like that they have a fully stocked truck, come out to service quickly, in my case 3 hours after I called. From rep handling my call to my service person, Kevin S were all friendly and courteous. So much that after Kevin completed his job and now late in day, I had a question, called Precision and they said they would have Kevin call me the next morning, and he did, again, very friendly and knowledgeable. Every thing about this company is top notch. I will say they are a bit expensive, but my emergency situation was handled the same day I called and to me it was all worth it.

I am so appreciative of the very quick response, and especially that there is always someone who immediately answers the phone. Receptionist Sarah Thiel was wonderful to work with. She was always so pleasant, kind and accommodating. After initially speaking with Sarah, I knew I chose the right company! The text/email communications were phenomenal. I always knew exactly what was going to happen! I wasn’t home when technician Thomas Sackmann arrived but my husband very enthusiastically said he was A+++++ superb! He immediately saw what the problem was and gave my husband 3 options on how to proceed with the job. My husband said Thomas knew exactly what he was doing, got right to work, and with great “precision” completed each task with confidence and expertise. I spoke with Thomas on the phone and my husband and I appreciated his friendliness, kindness and upbeat personality! Thank you Thomas Sackmann from Precision. Our garage door had become life threatening to our family: it fell down a few times; we were afraid to open it. Thomas Sackmann, the Precision tech, came on time, analyzed and explained the situation, did not try to upsell, and presented a detailed choice of 4 estimates with different repairs and warranty time-frame. We chose one, and two hours later, the door was fixed, and safe. Thomas manners and workmanship were impeccable. From start to finish, this was one of the best experience with a home repair company in NJ. Highly recommended.
