I hired Precision to replace my garage doors. Every part of the process was outstanding; from getting the estimate done, interactions with the office and the ultimate installation. I am very pleased with the outcome. The technicians were on time and they were very courteous and conscientious about the work. There was no trace of debris in my garage or driveway when they were done. Excellent job!

Andrew Nix service my garage door this past Saturday 10/12/13. He was very profession and did an excellent job. The thing that impress me about him is that he eplains the two option on how to repair the door with one costing a lot more than the other. He did not pressure me into taken the expensive option but let me decide which one. After the repairs were completed he explain and showed me what he had done to repair the door. We were very impressed with Tim. He arrived on time and explained what was wrong with our garage. The garage door parts and the motor were all very old so he recommended replacing the belt and the parts that were worn out. He was honest and told us what was still good such as the wooden door. Before the work and the new garage door motor, the door and old motor made all sorts of noises and we knew it was a matter of time before it broke. The spring broke the other day and it could have hurt someone when it fell to the garage door floor. We were really happy that Tim had all the parts on the truck and was able to take care of everything right then and there. I thought the prices for everything were quite reasonable. Tim said it would take two hours and he completed the work right on time. We are extremely happy with our new system and the door opens and closes really well--you can hardly hear the motor or the door moving as it goes up and down. I would recommend Precision to anyone and we were very impressed with Tim--he is true professional and he explained everything really well. Thank you Precision! Arthur and Elizabeth

Five star treatment and five star results; Ben & Tim were 100% customer service oriented. On a Friday afternoon, they had every opportunity to bail.........but they hung tough and did the job professionally and to the script. It was a credit to Ben that if he couldn't diagnose the problem, he wasn't afraid to ask for assistance. He knew where to get the answers and easily handled all repairs and adjustments. Tim was just as beneficial in reapairing or making adjustments to a 3rd door while Ben attended to the other primary concerns. Both are great representativesof the company.

Repared all parts for one garage door and installed new opener for the same door. Since the foreseen new motor did not fit, a upgraded version was installed at no cost, however it did not include the battery which typically comes with this motor since we paid the price of the less expensive model. We would of course have appreciated having the battery included at the price quoted which was unfortunately not possible and so we decided not having the battery. For such a big job (more than 1000 dollars) we felt that there should be more flexibility at the managers side (this was not a decision taken by the repairman) and the battery should have been kept in opener. The work seem to have been done very well and professionally.
