Sean did a comprehensive door repair giving us new springs, safety and operating cables, pulleys and rollers. Sean was courteous, knowledgeable and very professional. He understood the problem and explained to us our options as to how to fix the problem. He gave us helpful information about the parts and also the aged garage door opener. He suggested some adjustments to our system that were very helpful.

The Precision phone contact person was friendly and helpful. They were able to arrange a service call the morning of my request. The service person was very professional, explained the cause of my issue, and discussed my options clearly and concisely. The service was completed immediately and very efficiently. All waste materials were removed and area was left as found. The new equipment functions were completely explained. It was quite obvious that this employee took pride in his work and wanted the customer to be completely satisfied with the job he did. I would highly recommend this company .

Every aspect of the process was wonderful. Easy to schedule an appointment - my details were quickly noted on the call. The email noting the appointment was clear and showed the technician who was to do the work. When assessing the damage, I was told that the parts needed to replace the springs was covered by my previous warranty and the separate issue related to my opener was quoted and explained clearly. The work was performed quickly. All done without any hassle. Do not hesitate to use!
