Very satisfied with Precision Garage Door Service! Was able to get an appointment right away for a tech to come out to repair our garage door. Our technician Xavi Ramirez arrived promptly, was very courteous, knowledgeable and kind. He explained what was needed to replace the motor on our garage door and took the time to show us different options to choose from. Outstanding customer service from start to finish! Highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service!

Precision installed our garage doors 11 years ago and they were great. Yesterday one of the springs broke. I went online and made and appointment for this morning. Mike arrived promptly at 8am, was super friendly, knowledgable, and professional. He explained my options. By 10am both my doors had new springs, cables, and rollers with a 7 year warranty. I couldn't ask for better service or better quality.

It's only been a day so it's too early to judge the garage door opener itself; however, it works, which is already an improvement. It's much smoother and quieter than the old garage door opener was even when it worked. Michael is an excellent employee. We lost power for an hour or two while he was working. He stuck around to finish the job even though he was unable to use his tools and we were having some adventures with my generator. Once power was restored and he finished, he took his time to answer our questions and give us a thorough rundown of the new gadgets. He's an asset to your company.

Having nothing but good things to say about our technician. He was friendly, nice, and punctual. What I have an issue with is the billing practices of this company. Besides their very high prices and upsell on things, they charge a 3% fee to use a credit card. That is outrageous for a company this size. Additionally, a $15 fee was added to our bill which was suppose to be taken care of at time of payment. When payment came, the amount was still the same when the fee was applied despite assurances it was taken off. The fee never came off and it was not until I pressed that it wasn’t that it magically came off and was at the correct price. Very shady billing practices.

I'm in my 60's, been a sales executive for 44 years with IBM. Garage door opener I had installed 36 years ago broke yesterday. Hadn't needed servicing in more than 20 years (!). Knew of local servicer, but wanted to shop a bit. Looked online and found Precision. Was very impressed with online ratings from customers, as well as A+ rating by Better Business Bureau. Called both local servicer and Precision. Better initial impression from Precision, so went with them. Such a great experience right from the get-go. Thorough, detailed. Locked in appointment. Got email and text follow-ups. Got a surprising text from Rob, the Service Manager. Talked with him and appreciated his reaching out. Technician called ahead as they said he would, came on time this morning. Young but experienced, very professional, came across as genuine and trustworthy -- Xavier Ramirez. He explained all the options, which he recommended I go with and why. Decided to replace my whole system, and though I was in no rush, it was all done within a couple of hours. Xavier then took the time to demo the new system, explain everything. Never felt like he was in a rush to get to next appointment. Very much appreciated his and Rob's whole approach to customer satisfaction. Great job by both. Will definitely do business again, recommend to others. Thanks for everything.

John Delpiu was the Precision Garage Door Service Technician who worked on our door. He kept us well advised as to the time he would arrive in the service window, so there was no unnecessary waiting around. Once on site John saw what our issue was. He tediously adjusted the springs and cables on both sides of the door. The door is working much better now after his adjustments!

My house was struck by lightning and the strike fried many electrical components in our house, including the garage door opener. James did an excellent job examining all the important elements of the door, and replaced the motor as well as finding fraying in the cables due to a problem I wasn't aware of. He replaced those as well, and avoided a serious problem that could have occurred if one of those cables had snapped. It's very comforting to know you have a company that has your best interests in mind. Wish all companies were that good.

Technician Matt D was excellent. He called prior to arriving. Matt inspected the garage door spring, cable, the opener, pulleys other parts not broken. He explained what needed to be done along with several recommendations. Matt provided an estimate with a clear price. He seamlessly repaired the door quickly and efficiently. I have been a customer of Precision for many years. Their service is consistently exceptional. Today I had the pleasure of meeting Kevin and John who came to install new keypads for the outside of the garage.
