Not only was Precision able to be out here the next day, they were even able to be here earlier than I had scheduled. Ricky, our technician, was great. Explained everything simply and made the process super painless. Also, I must say, as someone who manages a customer service team for a living, the text message "introducing" me to him before he showed up was a very nice touch - one I wish more companies would implement. They were prompt, courteous, friendly and fast. I liked that they gave me a window of 12pm to 4pm and at exactly 12pm, they let me know they were finishing up at another site. Then about 40 minutes later, they called me and said they'd be to me in 10 to 15 minutes, and they were. They were helpful and I highly recommend them.

I must say, Calling Precision to address my garage door opener was the right choice. From a previous service call, when they installed a new garage door opener, 6 years ago, the service then was excellent. Today, Ricky Christensen, came to adjust a separate door opener and he gave me several options on how to remedy my problem. He was polite and displayed professionalism in his assessment to execute the repair. Ricky represented Precision in a way that if he comes to anyone else, you can be assured Ricky will perform his assignment 100%
