Excellent technicians professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They show up on time and communicate with you. I would’ve given 5 stars except for having to deal with a call center to get to a local office. I had to speak to 3 different people using the 800 number…..they were clueless until I finally got to my local office to book an appointment for maintenance.

Matt was so helpful and knowledgeable about our doors and garage door opener. He provided multiple options for now and in the future and reduced the noise that we were concerned about. We had used Precision 10 years ago with excellent results, so we called again. Jen was able to access records of our previous call and scheduled the visit for the next day.

OMG..I had no electricity for over 18 hours over the 4th of July holiday and when it finally came back on I couldn't reconnect the garage door to open/close again. BUT...I called Precision and they came within 24 ours after I called them. The serviceman, "Josh" I think his name is was so compassionate, understanding, and took his time to get the door to reconnect. He was just so understanding and kind. Asking me if I had any questions, discussed any issues he saw for future repairs but also indicated that for now I was OK. UROCK Josh!!!!!!!!!! Thank you thank you thank YOU for making a bad situation an easy one to get over. And thank you Precision for hiring staff that represents your company with excellence.
