I must say, Calling Precision to address my garage door opener was the right choice. From a previous service call, when they installed a new garage door opener, 6 years ago, the service then was excellent. Today, Ricky Christensen, came to adjust a separate door opener and he gave me several options on how to remedy my problem. He was polite and displayed professionalism in his assessment to execute the repair.
