The technician was on time. He explained the issue with the garage door opener and also explained what had to be done. He placed the existing opener with a new one and it works perfectly. Very nice young man. Onlky took 30 minutes to complete the job. Very happy with the work of this company. Have used them in the past and will do so if a problem arises.

I had Mike Dillon come to my house today to repair the noisy garage door, he called and texted me before arriving, he checked out the problems and gave me 3 estimates on repairs, we chose one and he got right to work on replaceing the pulleys, rollers and cables and also adjusted the door, we are very happy on the work he did and how professional and timely he was, I will definitely call you again if I have any problems in the future and would ask for Mike, thanks

Our garage door opener broke down on Saturday afternoon. We scheduled an appointment with Precision for 10 AM the following day (Sunday). Mike arrived right on time, and had the door repaired and working again by 11 AM. Ethan was excellent right from the start. He carefully analyzed the existing openers and mechanical systems and made clear recommendations as to the options going forward. Two of my openers are over 30 years old and the third one 14 years old. I decided to replace both old units. Ethan replaced them in a timely manner including programming to operate remotely and from my car. All in all a fairly painless process well executed.

Our garage door opener had not been operating properly for several days. It would open but we could not get it to close. Sometimes it would operate properly for a day or two and then not close at all after opening on another day. We made an appointment with the Precision office and they came as soon as possible on a Sunday afternoon. We had the pleasure of having Michael Dillion a the service techincian who came to our home today, ontime as scheduled. He was able to quickly ascertain the reason for the malfunction of our garage door opener. He was very knowledgeable and courteous in explaining what was happening with our opener. He discussed the solution to our problem and suggested that because of its age, it was byond its life expectancy. He recommened a new unit and had it installed in an hour or less. It is a great unit, and comes with a lifetime guarantee! We had Micheal replace another of our openers just over a year ago and were delighted that he was the tech who did our work again today. We highly recommend Precision and Michael Dillion for his exellent work. Should we have any problems in the future, and we hope we don't, we would want to have Michael Dillon again.

Ethan arrived on time and immediately began assessing the issue. Unfortunately, my garage door opener had reached end of life, and Ethan advised me on my options. They had all the necessary products right on the truck and he immediately began swapping out the equipment. He did a great job and in no time I was back in business. He then went above and beyond doing some special programming of the remotes and keypad for me. Ethan was very friendly and professional.
