John was extremely thorough in his evaluation of our unit and explained the limitations involved with potential repair to the opener. John was very professional, answered questions with replies that could be understood. We were informed as to his expected arrival time and he was very prompt. Besides John all other personnel who spoke to us treated us in a very courteous, friendly and helpful manner. After discussing the options, John used his leaf blower to blow out the leaves that had blown into the garage, without even being asked. Very appreciated.

To: Michael Brickner, President Now a days no one takes the time to write a letter (email) about the outstanding service they receive. Today, I meet your employee, Shane Havrilla. I called the company this morning because when I got up I found my garage door was open. I called the police and my next call was to Precision Garage Door. They had given me an estimate on another garage door I needed to replace, Michael Porta was the sales person. We had a broken spring/cable on a very heavy garage door. Precision was the first company I called and they booked our appointment to fix the problem almost immediately. The technician was so communicative in when he would arrive, he explained the issue easily and fixed it in what seemed like a snap. Reasonable price, quick and easy, and friendly. Great company. Hope not to need them again but if I do, I know who I’m calling!

Great job! My garage door was not closing automatically. I called for service in the morning and my issue was fixed by noon including replacing springs, etc that were shot. Rick, the service tech, was friendly, experienced and explained everything along the way.

Shane Havrilla replaced springs for two doors that were improperly installed by another vendor. He made adjustments to all the components resulting in two doors operating more smoothly and quietly, better than they operated when initially installed! Thanks Shane for your help!

I had some issues with the rollers on my garage doors and in general, they needed a service. Vincent analyzed the situation and gave me some options, including replacing my garage door motors, which were quite old. I couldn't believe that he got the job done same day! Made an appointment for an estimate to replace 2 noisy door openers. John D arrived on time worked up an estimate and clearly explained options. After applying appropriate discounts, I agreed and was pleasantly surprised that he could do the job immediately, since his truck was supplied with everything needed. He completed the task quickly and was joined by an associate, Kilian, who assisted. He walked me through the programming and phone app. Both of these men were wonderful and friendly, answered all my concerns.
