I have a garage door that is about 25 years old. The operating system failed and I contacted Precision based on previous work they did on my other garage door. The Tech, Luke arrived early to the scheduled appointment. He was knowledgeable and courteous. The operating system needed a complete replacement. The work was done in about an hour. The door is now operating as good as new. Thanks for the prompt service. Luke did a great job!

PRECISION DOOR exceeded my expectations by far!!! I called at 1:00 pm today to make an appointment. PRECISION was here and work very professionally completed by 4:30 pm. WOW that’s fast! David Bryan, the technician, was very courteous, inspected the entire mechanism, made recommendations and expertly completed the work, solving the problem. I VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company. The office personnel were very efficient, polite and knowledgeable in setting up the appointment and follow-up phone calls to confirm and advising when the technician would arrive. THANk YOU!!!!

Extremely prompt same day service. David was not only polite and personable, but explained all parts of my original garage door opening system and got to the root of the problem with immediate efficiency. There was no “upsale” to replace what was still functioning and the conclusion to replace what no longer worked, with price point choices, made decisions easy. Work was completed quickly, after which operating instructions were reviewed by David with me, in addition to providing the usual manufacturer’s product manual. The garage was also left in pristine condition with all installation debris removed. What a treat to experience prompt, pleasant and skilled service from David and Precision!

Dave did a very professional and proficient job. The repair exceeded my expectations. He even found several items that were dangerously worn and would have broken in the near future. Plus, he installed a safety cable to prevent a serious injury. He was very courteous and informative in showing me how to maintain the door system. I had used Precision to fix our garage door mechanisms in our previous house in Randolph, so when the lifting cable snapped in our new home I didn’t hesitate to use them again. Ethan gave options of what could be done to fix the problem as well as, at my request, sort out the noisy 2nd garage door. We discussed options and I am happy with the one I went with. Both doors now operate smoothly and the noisy door is now very quiet. Rollers replaced on the noisy door and springs and cables replaced on the other door. Ethan took the time to show me maintenance lube points to keep things moving smoothly. Happy customer.

Precision installed our garage doors 11 years ago and they were great. Yesterday one of the springs broke. I went online and made and appointment for this morning. Mike arrived promptly at 8am, was super friendly, knowledgable, and professional. He explained my options. By 10am both my doors had new springs, cables, and rollers with a 7 year warranty. I couldn't ask for better service or better quality.

It's only been a day so it's too early to judge the garage door opener itself; however, it works, which is already an improvement. It's much smoother and quieter than the old garage door opener was even when it worked. Michael is an excellent employee. We lost power for an hour or two while he was working. He stuck around to finish the job even though he was unable to use his tools and we were having some adventures with my generator. Once power was restored and he finished, he took his time to answer our questions and give us a thorough rundown of the new gadgets. He's an asset to your company.
