John was extremely thorough in his evaluation of our unit and explained the limitations involved with potential repair to the opener. John was very professional, answered questions with replies that could be understood. We were informed as to his expected arrival time and he was very prompt. Besides John all other personnel who spoke to us treated us in a very courteous, friendly and helpful manner. After discussing the options, John used his leaf blower to blow out the leaves that had blown into the garage, without even being asked. Very appreciated.

I called the company this morning because when I got up I found my garage door was open. I called the police and my next call was to Precision Garage Door. They had given me an estimate on another garage door I needed to replace, Michael Porta was the sales person. We had a broken spring/cable on a very heavy garage door. Precision was the first company I called and they booked our appointment to fix the problem almost immediately. The technician was so communicative in when he would arrive, he explained the issue easily and fixed it in what seemed like a snap. Reasonable price, quick and easy, and friendly. Great company. Hope not to need them again but if I do, I know who I’m calling!
