Crew was personable and willing/able to explain the problems they discovered in easy to understand language. Once we agreed upon a plan they executed it promptly and did an excellent clean up as well. A positive experience for us and we would be very happy to work with you again in the future.

Precision answered the phone on the first ring at 8AM when our door broke. Jeff-the technician was here before 9AM and we were done (spring broke) within and hour. Very professional, Jeff explained everything before he did it and reviewed once he was done. Great experience from start to finish!

We had 2 insulated panel garage doors and 1 remote opener replaced. We are extremely happy with the fabrication and installation by Precision Garage Door. Sales tech / Louis Rowek' professional knowledge made it very easy for us to pick out the doors and opener and Ferdinand Kazimov single-handedly performed the installations with great care and in a timely fashion. Thank you to the entire Precision Garage Door team! Sincerely, Gerard & June

Ethan was excellent right from the start. He carefully analyzed the existing openers and mechanical systems and made clear recommendations as to the options going forward. Two of my openers are over 30 years old and the third one 14 years old. I decided to replace both old units. Ethan replaced them in a timely manner including programming to operate remotely and from my car. All in all a fairly painless process well executed.

Our garage door opener had not been operating properly for several days. It would open but we could not get it to close. Sometimes it would operate properly for a day or two and then not close at all after opening on another day. We made an appointment with the Precision office and they came as soon as possible on a Sunday afternoon. We had the pleasure of having Michael Dillion a the service techincian who came to our home today, ontime as scheduled. He was able to quickly ascertain the reason for the malfunction of our garage door opener. He was very knowledgeable and courteous in explaining what was happening with our opener. He discussed the solution to our problem and suggested that because of its age, it was byond its life expectancy. He recommened a new unit and had it installed in an hour or less. It is a great unit, and comes with a lifetime guarantee! We had Micheal replace another of our openers just over a year ago and were delighted that he was the tech who did our work again today. We highly recommend Precision and Michael Dillion for his exellent work. Should we have any problems in the future, and we hope we don't, we would want to have Michael Dillon again.

Ethan arrived on time and immediately began assessing the issue. Unfortunately, my garage door opener had reached end of life, and Ethan advised me on my options. They had all the necessary products right on the truck and he immediately began swapping out the equipment. He did a great job and in no time I was back in business. He then went above and beyond doing some special programming of the remotes and keypad for me. Ethan was very friendly and professional. It was a great experience and I will definitely use Precision again in the future.

I received afternoon appointment on same day I called. Technician Andrew called prior to arriving on time. He explained the diagnostic procedure prior to explaining three option choices and pricing for each. Once I made my decision, he started the installation which was completed in a few hours. He checked the work area prior to leaving making sure nothing was left in the area. Andrew was very courteous and professional throughout the repair process. The Overhead Doors were installed in 2000 by Precision and still look great.

Ricky C. came over to do a repair job. One of our springs had broken. Honestly our garage door opener was old and garage doors are one of those things that need basic maintenance every so often but most of us never do. anyhow, Ricky and Ethan from Precision Garage door Got the job done replacing rollers, springs, and the door opener itself. They came prepared and got the job completely done from one phone call. They did excellent work, worked fast and I have peace of mind that my garage door is operating safely. I highly recommend Precision garage door.

Another 5 star experience with Precision, this was our 2nd time using them for an issue with our garage door. My garage door opener failed after 25 years. The technician Rob diagnosed that the motor could not be replaced and recommended a replacement system. The new system has many upgrades from the original system and works great. Rob was courteous, knowledgeable and installed the new system in less time than quoted. He walked me through the operation until I was satisfied. It was a great experience!

I chose Precision Overhead because of the 24 hour service. I was not only unable to open the garage but locked out of the front door. I was disappointed to learn I'd have to wait till the next day but early the next morning I received a phone call from a lovely woman who moved my appointment up to that morning. Killian McKnight arrived on time, figured out the problem and waited with us until the locksmith arrived so he could inspect the whole mechanism. He was professional, personable and knowledgeable. What a great combination. I highly recommend your company
